(😅 not sure I was necessarily ready to answer this, because it typically turns people a bit stand- offish)
▪︎Because I'm lazy and lack multi-tasking skills) I use Asana app for both work and my personal life. I'm a huge fan of to-do list and this app allows me to sort and prioritize my list, but the app also, enforces accountability (due dates, reminders and notifications).
▪︎I know its cheezy, but seeing the unicorn fly across my screen is a little reward, each time I complete a task.
▪︎I simply, add my verbs and then add the details later.
▪︎So, if I say...I have the afternoon off, to spend it with someone, its because i made it a priority. On those days... I typically have a plan, but if it doesn't pan out? Its okay...bottom line? I got to spend the time with the one I'm with...really that will be all that mattered in the first place.

Real equality is a unicorn. A fanciful notion that is based on pure emotion with little to genuinely validate its pursuit. Our focus should always be on providing as many opportunities as possible to those who wish to pursue them - a quality education, a rewarding career, prosperity, etc. When we preoccupy ourselves with "equality," we risk rewarding the undeserving at the expense of the deserving and there is nothing equitable in that. Success cannot be achieved by all and while there's nothing wrong with being charitable toward those who aren't able to fend for themselves, we must not encourage laziness, create a class of dependent people or fuel hostilities between the classes. Instead, those who have achieved success should be free and encouraged to share their skills and accomplishments with those who haven't been as fortunate. Moreover, we must not be tempted by simplistic solutions of "redistribution" and similar schemes. Punishing the productive will always cause more suffering among the unproductive and there's no equality there either.

Eh, not overtly. I find magic to be of similar nature as prayer. If you just pray and don't do anything to get what you want, you'll get nothing. If you work, you'll get what you worked for. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible for said magic/prayer to provide extra confidence or motivation that makes a situation come to fruition, which otherwise would not have. As long as people are working to better themselves and their situation, I don't care if they go around saying they sacrificed a unicorn to mighty Cthulhu and it caused their child to be born healthy. My big problem with magic/witchcraft is how it is defined. Is it something that is outside of nature? How would you begin to prove that? Physics is constantly evolving to include new phenomenon. Something considered magic today could be considered natural in a century. Quantum tunneling and gravitational lensing would completely baffle scientists hundreds of years ago. I do not personally believe any claims about the supernatural. I believe in empiricism, so unless it can be demonstrated, I won't bother with it. If it can be demonstrated, I'm more inclined to think it is an undiscovered part of the natural world than something from the spiritual realm.
