Hast du beim Schreiben deines GS Steckbriefes schon einen Lieblingsnebencharakter? (Geschwister, Freunde etc.) Wenn ja, bitte einmal vorstellen!

Zuerst habe ich überlegt, ob Nebencharaktere von der Webseite, denen man eine Lebensgeschichte andichtet (da wäre es bei mir Liam, jeder sollte einen Liam in seinem Leben haben. Er wird Eddys Golden Retriever Best Friend) oder komplett selbst erdachte und wollte mich dann darauf fokussieren.
Bis jetzt gibt es da drei in Eddys Leben, wären ihre Tochter Karina und ihre Eltern. Und dabei möchte ich ihren Vater lobend herausstellen (er hat sich stets bemüht im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten):
Benjamin Webster (hat der Name "Webster" etwas mit Webster Boot einem der Mitgründer von Ilvermorny zutun?Das ist gut möglich, man weiß es nicht, aber wird in seiner Familie trotzdem verbreitet. Reicht ja wenn es Leute glauben), seines Zeichens Ministeriumsangestellter im mittleren Dienst, wollte immer aufsteigen, hat viele Chancen verpasst, andere waren halt meistens besser oder hatten mehr Vitamin B als er. Hat nach 15 Jahren Beziehung, mehreren von nicht besonders hoher Fruchtbarkeit und zwei Fehlgeburten geprägt, endlich sein erstes (und einziges) Kind bekommen. Er wollte eigentlich mindestens 3 haben. Belastend, wenn das nicht klappt. Er wollte seiner Tochter die Welt zu Füßen legen und hat ihr trotzdem mit voller Wucht die Last seiner zerbrochenen Träume auf die Schultern gelegt, damit sie doch BITTE den amerikanischen Traum lebt und ihre Familie ENDLICH auf das Podest hebt, dass ihnen halt schon zusteht. Sagt er.
Eine Beziehung mit Orion Malfoy war natürlich ein Traum, er hatte Dollarzeichen in den Augen kaum hat er davon erfahren und wollte seine Tochter schon so ein bisschen in die Rolle Trophy Wife drängen.
Er klingt wahrscheinlich voll unsympathisch, aber er ist halt schon gerne Vater und wäre noch lieber Alleinverdiener seiner Familie, hat da nur die Rechnung ohne seine Frau gemacht, die noch eine Spur materialistischer ist als er und jeden Morgen, wenn sie aufwacht und ihn sieht ihre Lebensentscheidungen bereut.
Ich schreibe einfach echt gerne unnette Charaktere, die manchmal, vielleicht, noch die Kurve kriegen. Ob er das hinbekommt weiß ich ehrlicherweise nicht, 5 Seiten Charaktertext und so nett ist er bisher nicht. Also mal schauen.
Aber ich brauche glaubhafte Gründe für Eddys eher rebellische Natur und ihren Wunsch auszubrechen und ihren eigenen Weg zu finden und da sind ihre Eltern, die nicht mal boshaft handeln, also bewusst, so schön um sie für alles verantwortlich zu machen.

Na ja, bei mir ist eine Depression entsprechend diagnostiziert worden, die ich durch Therapie und Anti-Depressiva soweit in den Griff bekommen und aufarbeiten durfte, dass es meinen Alltag nicht mehr so extrem einschränkt, aber trotzdem hin und wieder gerne unaufgefordert vor meiner "mentalen Haustür" aufkreuzt und die gewohnte Ordnung verwirft.
Eine saisonale Dépression macht sich bei mir eher im Winter unter spezifischen Bedingungen bemerkbar, wenn wenig Tageslicht (und damit einhergehend Vitamin D) gegeben ist und mein stressiger Alltag zusätzlich mein Wohlbefinden einschränkt. Wenn die äußeren Umstände zusehends zu einer ergrauten, uneinheitlichen Masse verschmelzen, ist es auch naheliegend, dass viele Menschen dieser Zustand umtreibt. Ich bin jedoch keine Psychologin, um mir darüber jetzt irgendwie ein Urteil bilden zu können oder gar meine eigene Meinung dazu kundgeben zu müssen.

🌷 I look at situations in a different perspective. It helps me understand things and people in a more positive point of view.
But of course I have my days when it's hard to see the positive things in life or in other people, especially if they deliberately do something unacceptable and hurtful. But most of the time, I choose to be happy rather than dwell on stressful things which I have no control of. Or I'm just unbothered, if I can't be happy.
Whenever I keep a positive / happy state of mind, it helps me when something negative or painful happens. Because somehow it doesn't affect me as much nor does it stay for that long. I choose to look at the positive side of things and be grateful instead. Also, I joke around a lot.... even in the most serious situations.
Happiness is like a vitamin supplement that helps the body's immune system, but for mental health. Oooh🤯 The old saying is true! Laughter is the best medicine😊 Medicine for our mental health.
Staying happy by regularly pumping our body with feel good hormones like dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin.... helps to not let negativity affect us as much, because our mental health is a lot stronger by choosing to stay positive.

Jíš nějaké dopľnky stravy, vitaminy, minerály, něco na energii, spánek. Co doporučíš? Klidně konkrétní názvy nebo o fotku, co je pro tebe TOP produkt.

Takhle… pokud se člověk nevěnuje sportu.
Je možné mít DDD (doporučenou denní dávku) vitamínů, minerálů z jídelníčku.
-Zaměřila bych se proto spíše na jídelníček.
-Jediný, co bych doporučila je: vitamín D a omega 3 (jako doplněk stravy)
Pokud hledáš něco na energii, jídelníček je také odpověď. 😅
Já mám věci od prom-in. Za mě velmi kvalitní!
-Věnuji se sportu, tak pro to, ale i tak je základ to mít zejména z jídelníčku.

Necpi do seba lieky, keď dobre vieš, kde problém pramení🤷🏻‍♀️
Nemyslím si, že zažívaš panické ataky z toho, že nemáš menštruáciu, skôr by som povedala, že - málo ješ, aby si si udržala nízku hmotnosť - > tým nevyživuješ dobre telo - > Tvojmu telu chýbajú vitamíny a ďalšie potrebné látky, aby mohlo správne fungovať - > a až následkom tohto dostávaš panicke ataky a máš stratu menštruácie.
Ako má Tvoja hlava a telo fungovať správne, keď nedostáva potrebné vitamíny a minerály?
Podľa mňa by bolo fajn spestriť stravu, pomaly zvýšiť hmotnosť a K TOMU (k tej vyváženej, pestrej strave) pridať vitamíny - aspoň - Dčko, magnezium, Omega3, zinok a vitamín C. A osobne si myslím, že by bolo najlepšie zaobstarať si každý z týchto doplnkov stravy samostatne a nebrať len jednu tabletku, ktorá sľubuje, že ma v sebe všetky vitamíny sveta.

Das kann die Jahreszeit/ das Wetter, Sonnen- oder natürlich auch Schlafmangel sein.
Versuch vielleicht, Vitamin D3 zu supplementieren und auf deinen Schlaf und deine Ernährung zu achten.

Was tun bei Winterdepressionen?

Ich bete, nehme Vitamin D3-Tropfen und sehe zu, dass ich mindestens 3-4 Stunden Tageslicht abbekomme. Sich selbst ab und an ein kleines Geschenk zu machen, kann auch ganz nett sein - habe mir gestern eine Kuscheldecke, die im Dunkeln leuchtet, geholt.
Ansonsten helfen nur noch Schlaf und Schokolade.

Az a baj, hogy ebben az időszakban nagyon könnyen meg lehet fázni.
Én is megfáztam, talán már kezdek kikeveredni belőle.
Én rétegesen öltözködöm, sapka, a télikabátot is elővettem már. (Bár van még ennél is melegebb. 😄).
C vitamin, d vitamin, vas.
Ha nem felejtem el, akkor egy evőkanál méz éhgyomorra, vagy amikor eszembe jut.
Mozgás, heti kétszer, esetleg háromszor, attól is függ, hogy mennyi időnk van, de munka előtt, illetve után egy órát igyekszünk rászánni a párommal. 🙂

How to cure depression naturally, what fruits ,vegetable , food we should add in diet to combat depression

1-Anyone with any mental or physical health would take advantage of having a well balanced diet which includes taking AT LEAST 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1 serve of lean protein, 6 servings of fibrous multigrain bread and cereals, 2 servings of milk, yoghurt and cheese and one serving of lean meat-type product. The reason is simple! With a well balanced diet which is low in salt, processed food, added sugar and saturated fat we are nourishing our body with all the required Energy, Vitamines, Mineral and Proteins and Fiber.
2-If depression is due to the lack of serotonin then having turkey or Chicken Breast as the lean protein would help because these food contain tryptophan that can potentially be converted into serotonin in our bodies.
3-Food that are rich in Vitamin B and Vitamin D including Fish, egg yolks, nuts, legumes, avocados, oats dark, leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach,..) can help with depression and can be considered in daily servings.
4-To deal with depression and excessive stress it is important to avoid consumption of energy drinks, caffeine , processed sugars and simple carbs because although they act as a quick energy fix they cause an insulin rush in our body and the energy suddenly drops and leave you with more worn out.
5-Drink plenty of water! at least 8 full glasses as dehydration can cause low energy levels, hypertension. Hydration is the key to a boost metabolism and therefore energy levels which can definitely elevate the mood.
6-Please try to get out of you room; walking in the fresh air even if it's only in your backyard or garden always elevates the mood.

Pt (2) Kindly suggest me supplements to help regulate my micronutrients intake. For instance, I recently discovered my repeated joint injuries is a result of not consuming V-D13, cal C and so on. I don't eat many veggies. Tou if you could suggest micros I could follow to regulate,it'd be huge help.

If you eat a well balanced and varied diet, you should get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Eat fruit and vegetables of many different colours. You can eat small amounts of oily fish, such as salmon, sardines etc. You can include small amounts of dairy and meat products. Nuts and seeds are full of good vitamins and minerals, but as in all food, eat in moderation.

Tell me vegetable benefits I am in .I am not fan of certain vegetable but I eat it anyways because benefits of that vegetable is so good .I have to have it in form of vitamin .🙌🙌🙌

Inkább a melegebb időjárást, 16 fok felettit, úgy 30 fokig.
Nagyon fázós típus vagyok, ilyenkor már a házban is pulóverben vagyok.
1000 vagy 500 mg-os c vitamin, az évszaknak megfelelő öltözet, gyümölcs.
Lekopogom, nagyon beteg lázas nem voltam már lassan 1 éve,akkor sem ment fel 38 fok fölé. 🙂Viszonylag bírom a hideget, de nem a mínusz tíz fokosakat. 😄

I switch to natural anti biotic ginger garlic apple cider vinegar honey lemon
Tea : take tea pan add 2 cup water grated ginger lemon juice lemon tea bag honey boil 4 minutes put strainer on cup take out add quarter cup peach-lychee juice
Take warm glass of water add tbs apple cider vinegar
Garlic sauce : take food processor add 2 cup garlic cloves olive oil lemon salt pepper blend it
Daily eat 2 tbs
Vitamin c : take jug of water add lemon juice ,apple cider vinegar drink through out the day
