What are some things you realize as you get older?

Egoistic_101’s Profile Photoᴶᵃ ˢⁱᵐʳᵃⁿ ˢᵉᵗ ᵈᵃ ʷᵒʳˡᵈ ᵒⁿ ᶠⁱʳᵉ
You lose your natural body as you hit the gym or lift weights. That's not how you were born. People have different reasons for body training, whether to gain muscle mass or shed fat. However, many focus on short-term results, such as how they will appear to others or themselves in a year. If it doesn’t meet their expectations, they lose their motivation and may give up on it for the rest of their lives.
First, accept yourself as there’s nothing wrong with how you look. Second, imagine being fit in your 60s, playing with your grandkids, or performing your daily routine without complaining about body aches. That’s the goal. With a long-term goal, the rest will follow. You will stop getting distressed about the results, and as you stay consistent, you'll get the results too.

Your twitter pic today was fucking sexy. Body has never looked better. Whatever your doing, keep doing it and keep sharing the progress. AND KEEP THE GINGER.

Hey, thanks.
It's just a little fasting, more core work, lighter weights and additional reps and pumping up the protein.
Also helps that summer keeps me in a near constant state of being shirtless and I want to show my shit off.

Do you consider yourself a strong person? Why or why not?

I do consider myself to be a strong person mentally and emotionally but physically, I’m not and it’s because I don’t lift weights or workout regularly. Psychologically, I am easily affected by others problems/life stories and can get stuck on some of the stories I’ve heard about but it doesn’t make me lose my own sanity so I find myself strong in that regard too.

What’s the number one thing that helps you burn calories as in, what activities do you do that make you lose weight like none other and if it’s exercise, which exercises?

Lifting Weights burns fat at a faster rate and builds muscle at the same time while incorporating some cardio

Have you encountered many men asking for a date when you go to a gym? Frequency per month?

Neo_gs’s Profile PhotoNeo
Yes, it is a really pervasive issue. Lots of treadmills available then someone gets on the one right beside you to try and chit chat. You have to take your ear buds out and it ruins your workout and your flow. When you politely decline their attention, you have to worry about retaliation. “You think you’re too good for me?” “You’re ugly anyway” etc. Then the ones who see you lift weights and come over to “correct” you, which includes touching you and getting super close. Men don’t walk up to other men in a gym to correct their lifts. They are banking on you being polite and docile.
You could be forceful and say loudly, I’m not interested, please leave me alone. But again, it’s a real gamble on the reaction. You don’t want to be followed out to your car in the parking lot.
I think that these men ruin it for the good guys because it forces women to be wary of everyone just in case. Good men really underestimate the level of aggression some men have at rejection.
Women pay for gym memberships to work out, not to be hit on. There are dating apps for dating.

If you go to the gym or have been in the past, what are some things other gymgoers do which bother you? 🏋️‍♂️😤

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
Oh. I HATE when they don't put weights back.
We have a ladies area in our gym, so I can't talk about the general free weight area (I'm too shy to even walk in there) BUT I hate it so much when I want to use a bar and the weights are still on and in an absolutely chaotic order. Like, beginning from the inside: 0,5kg, 5kg, 2kg, 10kg, 0,5kg [...]
And if you want to organize them you have to accept that the racks look exactly like that, too. They don't give a shit and I just hate it so so much. 🥲
What I dislike, too is when they don't wipe the equipment with disinfectant wipes that are EVERYWHERE in the gym and leave their sweaty butt cheek prints air drying on the equipment because they don't even use a towel (properly).
I hate the disrespect - well, it's not even disrespectful. These people just seriously don't give a single little f*ck about other people because they are incredibly self absorbed. One may think that I'm too sensitive, but think about it... why is the world as f'ed up as it is? It's because people are ignorant and self absorbed and you can see that perfectly in little acts like that, where they don't think about others and think the world revolves around them.

If you go to the gym or have been in the past, what are some things other gymgoers do which bother you? 🏋️‍♂️😤

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
There's a guy that's started going to my gym recently who grunts. And I don't mean occasional grunts while he's lifting weights. He grunts about once every couple of minutes, while on the treadmill, loud enough to be heard from halfway across the gym.
Back when I was in college, a lot of girls went to the gym just to hang out and would get in the way and only put a token effort into actually working out. This behavior noticeably stopped when I started going to gyms people actually have to pay to use.

If you workout, how do you prefer to do so? 🏋️‍♂️🏊

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
I don’t workout, but that’s mostly because my job is a workout in itself! It involves a fair bit of walking/jogging, lifting heavy weights whilst running up the stairs, etc! It’s mostly cardio, but in general, I do prefer strength training :)

Do you do weights and if you do what type of exercise program do you have?

Pretty much our gym standard
Day 1: Push. Barbell bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 2: Pull. Barbell deadlifts (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 3: Legs. Barbell squats (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 4: Push. Push ups (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 5: Pull. Pull ups (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 6: Legs. Goblet squats (3 sets of 8-12 reps) ...
Day 7: Rest.

So I was at the gym lifting weights and two hot babes walked up to me and asked if they could come over to my place and of course I said yes. Are you jealous

Diet or regular exercises, which one is more difficult for you?

Proper diet isn't much of an issue and I usually eat five to six small meals per day. With exercise, things have been more of a challenge and I've been forced to make adjustments, especially over the past few years. Prior to my surgeries a few years ago, I practiced T'ai Chi regularly but that was about it. After my surgeries, I had many sessions of physical therapy which included Yoga. I've returned back to T'ai Chi after my therapy was over and I started training with free weights. When I fully regained my mobility, I started skiing again and I took Aikido for a brief period. Currently, I work out with weights, I still practice T'ai Chi, meditate daily and I've moved to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I would ski every day if it were possible but I can only enjoy it in the Winter months. Maybe I should embrace my inner hermit and move to the mountains... 🤣

What is a memory that never fails to make you happy when you look back on it? 😊💭

All of the times when my friends and I were goofing around - singing and dancing to Korean pop music, challenging one another to arm and thigh wrestling duels, training and lifting weights in the funniest of ways at the school gym, watching and fangirling over hot celevrities in shows, playing games like poker and charades, laughing hysterically over jokes and embarrassing incidents, stealing each other's food, reading in comfortable silence, drawing each other's portraits, tickling each other, jumping on each other's back for piggyback rides, braiding each other's hair, plamning and executing birthday surprises,, kicking off our shoes and sleeping on school chairs or benches like homeless stragglers and using each other as pillows.

What keeps you going forward?

I feel no desire to prove anyone anything. My hobbies just leave me unsatisfied and i feel bored pretty fast. Why do I even exist? Some time ago i was stilk curious of many things but it's long gone. Im just doing stuff that needs to be done to develop myself and when im tired i play video games / do sports / read books. But everything is boring. Getting mastery at subjects at uni feels pointless. Even if i graduate and get decent knowledge and get a good job, whats the point? It wont change how i feel about the world around me. It will mostly change onyl how other perceive me, which i dont really care about. I feel like i need help and i dont know where to ask for it. My family doesnt even try understanding me. There is no point to life unless you invent one. For me it's curiosity, I'm here and I want to find out what is this and what's the point. Most people pursue different common strategies to give meaning to their life, usually by been part of something larger than them: family, community, work, religion, etc. Those are all empty constructions, but they align well with our biological programing. We are a social animal and we crave been part of a pack that we can contribute to and that respects us and appreciate us. 3 years later a lot has changed for me - i've finished my masters degree in math and started working at big4 company as an assistant. I've also moved away from my family and I'm living with my fiancee. I'm not entirely sure why I was feeling so low 3 years ago - now I'm a happy person and I'd love to do so many things in life. Life is much more stressful now, work in big4 is tiring but nothing I can't manage. I've also broken my knee, my cruciate ligament is broken so I can't walk much, so I'd say that my overall situation is kind of worse but I'm much more optimistic than I was then. I think that getting masters degree in math was really tiring to my brain. I think it's important for us to just make our own goals. Nothing matters in life unless we make it so. I want to get my knee fixed and get back to doing sports regularly, mostly cycling on lifting weights at gym. I would also like to finish my postgraduate ACCA studies so I can better understand things at my work. Beside that I like playing board games with my fiancee and friends in free time or just play some Factorio on my own when I can't do anything with others. Im also looking forward for going on holiday after rehabilitation of my knee.

If you're driving down a road, and there's an old man and a little boy crossing in front of u, what would u hit? Why?

smugcobra’s Profile PhotoSmugCobra™
You left so many loopholes, bro 🤣
1. Assuming that they're far up ahead, I'll either pull on the brakes or swerve sideways. I may get in harm's way but it's a much lighter burden to carry around than the product of injury, or death, onto others.
2. Assuming they're far up ahead but it's the witching hour, I'll wonder if they're really humans and honk at them. When they look towards me with their burnt faces, I'll squeal like a pig and press hard on the accelerator while screaming, 'ALLAHUAKBAR!'
3. Assuming that they're inches from me, I'll either push the 'fly' or 'teleportation' buttons and avoid hitting them at all. Nah, if we're being real, I'll try to swerbe as much as possible onto the adult because his survival rate is slightly higher than the child, just by comparing the sizes and weights of the vehicle to that of an adult versus a kid in terms of impact of collision. .

I won't be sorry if I don't fit your ideal body weight or standards. I've never been this happier and contented since I've learned to normalise my body. Being flat is and regardless of my weights body type, it doesn't equate to my worth as a person.

Do you ever feel bad when you don’t spend time outside when it’s nice out?

This helped me figure out why: I grew up in New England. It isn't nice everyday, so nice days you're supposed to take advantage of - BUT I didn't realize this is what I was doing. UNTIL: A friend from there moved to LA and really struggled because EVERY DAY was a nice day. They were so trained to feel like they had to go appreciate the nice days.
Sometimes yes, but not always. I'm most comfotable with doing whatever I want, so if I'd rather stay inside and watch something, I don't feel bad. That's why I think that if you feel like you're wasting time inside when it's a nice day out it's a sign you should definitely go outside! Even just for 10 minutes, it can be really refreshing.
It used to bother me to no end (it still does but to a less extent) when it's a beautiful day and/or see people enjoying themselves outside and I'm just busy studying wasting what was supposed to be times of my life/youth according to many people. (Note I haven't had time off as a university student for the past 6 years).
I don't really even game that much anymore. Maybe a couple games of LoL a day. I mostly just watch tv shows, browse reddit while listening to music, lift at home (again why go to a gym when i've got the weights needed for it), work on drawing commissions, study. So i've got my day full of plenty of entertainment thus going outside to the cold seems unappealing... I also live about 40 mins by bus away from the city-life, so it's not like i can instantly go out my front door and find stuff to do :(
I feel it's a lot of work to go out and make a conversation. At the same time, I am often identified as someone who can talk even to a rock and make the situation and people around me better. I think it's the traffic and the whole spending that turns me off. I am a vegan and loaf of my friends are meat eaters. I hate the fact that they put their dumplings on me despite subtly telling them so many times. I'd rather order or eat what I can 100% instead of paying all the time someone else's burp!

What are some good habits that you have? 🗓🏃‍♂️🕑

TobbeAsks’s Profile PhotoTobbe
This might seem simple and silly, but my favorite habit is going on long walks everyday. I think going out in the fresh air, taking time away from my devices, and exploring different areas in my city are all very good for the soul. It's also a form of moderate exercise if you walk fast enough, but sometimes it's just nice to take it a little slow to "smell the roses". This has had an impact on my mental health that all other habits haven't quite had on me. It's the only thing that I can rely on to improve my mood, because it makes me feel refreshed.
Gym: specifically weight lifting and cardio. I signed up a triathlon and it showed me how lacking I was with just being strong but with no real endurance built in. Now I lift 3-4 times a week and run 2-3 times and throw in swimming or biking as an alternative to one of the above workouts. Meditation: I can't really say exactly when the benefits kicked in but I've noticed increased patience. I also have noticed that I tend to view things differently like everything isn't so personal and I'm much calmer as a result. Journaling: helps just to start the day thinking what your grateful for and what you want to accomplish that day even if doesn't go well it sets up your mind for the day. Other: I try to take a walk in nature when I get the chance, just stroll around a park or trail. Sometimes I listen to music sometimes I just walk but my brain kinda unwinds and unloads I always feel refreshed afterwards. I mentioned above but running has specifically helped my mental help I feel much better in a general sense after starting to run. Better meaning less bad days, and improved sense of wellbeing like a general it's going to be okay. Will answer questions if anyone has them.
Exercising first thing in the morning. Whenever I do this, I swear I make better decisions and have more energy throughout the day. My method of exercise is resistance training with free weights. Eating a diet high in healthy fats. I do not follow a Keto diet per se, but I do eat a lot of grass fed butter, MCT oil, coconut oil, almonds, ect. Healthy fats are awesome for your overall health. Stay away from simple carbs and sugar, for a number of health reasons. I've already been successful at working out at the gym for about 4 years. I took up cooking last year but I've fallen off the past few months. Right now I'm three weeks into meditation and reading. Two other things I'm doing is a porn diet and making sleep a priority, aiming for 8 hours a day.
I work out every day except my rest day on Sunday. Regardless of how I feel that day, regardless of the excuses I could come up, regardless of what time of day it is. Barring something dramatic or an illness, I have found a way to make that a priority habit for myself.

🐲 I can be a real procrastinator
Thank you for these questions! 😊

What sport do you play?

I used to go to the gym to fitness (weights and sometimes cardio), but due to lockdown here it’s impossible.
For a year I basically haven’t been able to sport well, especially when my internship started a couple of months ago and I was working 6 days a week 😅
Right now I’m actually exercising in my room! I’m doing this dance work out twice maybe three times: https://youtu.be/Cw-Wt4xKD2sLunarHuntress’s Video 168034604508 Cw-Wt4xKD2sLunarHuntress’s Video 168034604508 Cw-Wt4xKD2s
Just done one session, after a little break of a couple of minutes I’ll continue!

People who don't exercise, why? People who do exercise regularly, what advice can you give to those who want to change their fitness habits?

I hate exercise. I find it boring. Always have. A couple of months ago I got dragged to a Crossfit session with a friend and I loved it! I'm easily the most overweight and unfit person there and no one gives a shit. The others are deadlifting 50-60kg++++ weights and I'm using a broomstick to practice technique. There's always an extra trainer on and there is a massive focus on safety. We always warm up and practice the movements before getting into it. We fist-bump each other at the end of the session. It's a great community, I love it. TL:DR Find something you like doing and it wont feel like exercise. I found Crossfit
I used to never exercise because I was out of shape anyway and that initial hurdle is literal pain. Once your body starts producing endorphins it's not that bad. So it took me a terribly long time to find a mode of exercise which allows me to ease into a fitness lifestyle at my own pace. Walking. shitloads and shitloads of walking. It may be inefficient, but I feel better and look better.
What actually got me back into the gym the last few months (my work has a gym) is realising that I want to read more books. So my gym trip is 2 mins stretching, then alternating between free weights and sitting on the exercycle for 15 mins. I read while I bike.
I go either 6 or 7 times a week, depending on how I feel I've done that week. There are plenty of days that I want to skip or I'll get lazy with my reps/sets. I always catch myself and audibly ask myself, "WHAT IS YOUR GOAL? WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK OUT?" in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice. If I need extra fuel I just think of my ex and BOOM double my rep/set count haha also I go immediately after work. In my early days, if I went home first I wouldn't go to the gym. Nowadays it's so routine that a day without the gym feels empty, just like the rest of my life. Lifting gives me purpose, a sense of belonging to something, and a great outlet for frustration to be released productively.
I was always chubby but it never really bothered me until I fell in love with somebody. I always knew there was zero chance that person would ever love me back (for several reasons), but still I wanted to look good so they'd think the best about me. (I know this sounds stupid but I was 15 at the time.) And after Christmas when I felt like I just gained a lot of weight I mentioned to my aunt that I'd like to lose some weight. She recommended me a few videos and that's how I started. And yeah, at first it was really difficult but after a few weeks I actually started to enjoy those workouts and now I can't imagine not exercising.

What methods are you using to blow off some steam and relax fast? What's your go-to way to let off some steam? What are your best ways to blow off steam when you are angry? How do you blow off steam? What are some ways you blow off steam when you're angry or frustrated?

Try to take a deep breath in and out and rationalise why I'm being upset, is it really worth it to waste time and energy on it, then the music follows or music and cleaning *spotless is the name of the game here!)or music and reading or just reading works too.
I listen to music and turn up the volume.
Take some pre workout, hit the weights and lift the stress away. Cardio for 20 to 30 minutes, shower at the gym then hit up the massage chairs they have after. Going to start using the sauna too. Can't imagine not feeling like a million bucks after that. Contemplation and being bored is something so rare nowadays, and sometimes so important! It's really funny when I think about, because I lived in an era without internet or smartphones, and that was so normal. Reading a book, on a rainy day with a good coffee and absolutely nothing else than that gives me so much of that deeply relaxing sensation..
No videos, no tv, no internet, no music, just sitting and letting yourself sit. Start thinking of important things you need to do? Don't worry about it, it's just fifteen minutes! Listen to the ambient sounds of your apartment. Thirsty? Have a sip! You don't even have to keep track of the time yourself - the alarm's got that for you, bro! Just sit and be okay with yourself for a minute. It is seriously so much more deeply relaxing than ten straight hours of mindless interneting and believe me I've had more than a front row seat of that. It sounds so simple but seriously once I started trying it I started recommending it to all my friends going insane during finals weeks because it works. Try it!
I have a heavy bag in my garage. Otherwise I have a few drinks and binge 90s music videos on YouTube. I love reminiscing about those days when responsibility was minimal.
I hit the heavy bag. If that's not around I doing as many pushups as I can or hold a bridge as long as I can. Some type of exercise that requires full muscular flex. Dead lifts if I'm around a gym. Swim if there's water, I always feel super chill after a good swim. Sex if the so is around. For me I have to have a physical release for the anger or it takes way too long to calm down which is really unhealthy. Tried meditation and breathing exercises which help a ton for anxiety but very little for anger. But worth checking into. Most angry people are actually more optimistic than needed. For example, they check transport directionson on their phone and they get a travel time of 1 hour. They start the trip, only to discover there’s a huge, unexpected traffic jam on their route and they have to spend another 1h getting past the traffic jam. Thus bringing their trip time to 2h. And they get mad. And they shouldn’t, because they shouldn’t have been so optimistic to begin with. They should have taken into account the fact that unpredictable things might happen on their way there and they might be late or even have to turn back and cancel the trip.

Tea please give us tips on lifting. I’ve been doing cardio for a month but now I want to up my game and tone my body. Is it ok to lift three days a week? And what type of protein do you take? You’re goals 💪💕

Oh you are LOVELY.
Three days is perfect, and is suggest giving yourself a break in between days of possible! You'll get most bang for your buck if your muscles can repair in between lifting sessions. I'd recommend about an hour long session, with ten minutes of that being a cardio workout (if possible! If you don't have access to a gym, I'd recommend a skipping rope!)
Don't rush heavy. So many of my clients do this, in that they're in a rush to add weight. Make sure your lifts are almost at the boring stage before drastically upping the kilograms. You want to be able to lift those weights a slowly as possible - otherwise a lot of it can be momentum, and that doesn't achieve very much outside of injuries!
If something hurts, don't do it. It will just get worse - I've seen too many people try and force genetically weak wrists, etc, to lift things that just causes pain and no benefit. Isn't worth it!
Work out what works for you. Some people like working out in splits and do a legs, arms, back day. Some people prefer full body, it's entirely up to you. There really isn't a right way or a wrong way to do these things - you are doing an amazing job just by turning up for you!
You can do so much with bodyweight, and people don't always realise this. A simple plank will still be one of the most valuable tools in your arsenal, a push up (done right!) is making you soft your bodyweight (whatever that is!) and will be more than a lot of dumbells, etc.
But the biggest tip is to cheer yourself on. You're doing an awesome job and should be so proud of yourself!
I don't take protein anymore because I couldn't be bothered, basically 😅 I personally never saw much benefit from taking it, either physically or in terms of energy. I used to take whey necause it was the only one I got on with and didn't taste like ass. If you don't mind a nice mouthful of ass, I'd recommend shopping around. Find out what works for you. It will very much depend on your fitness goals as well!

Salam. I'm Ayesha. Almost 24 years old. Weight 120kg, hairs all over face and body due to PCOS disease. Fair complexion. No one wants to marry me because I'm ugly. I have no friends and I guess my family don't like me. Koi ha? Jo hum jaison ko Pasand kary ga? Jugde na karein, Zindagi pareshan ha...

Hi Ayesha. Darling PCOS is a commonly growing problem among women. Even I have it. I used to be fat.... Like really fat. Not 120 kgs of course but still I was overweight. This problem is so common among girls but it does not mean that you cannot change your lifestyle. I am going to suggest you a few things to work in your favor.
First of all, you do not need a man to make you feel happy and validated. It should come from within you. Do not even consider getting married unless your PCOS is under control because you will have problems conceiving, in intercourse and several other marital activities.
Secondly, I want you to understand that most girls think that our weight is worse because of our PCOS... This is a wrong misconception. Our PCOS is triggered because of our weight in reality. When I was fat, I used to experience things like abnormal vaginal bleeding, I still have low iron count and anemia which I am working on, depression, stress, eating disorder, sugar cravings, prediabetes etc.
You need to cut down any kind of carbs for at least 2 to 3 months to balance your hormones and improve your menstrual cycle. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink spinach juice, apple juice, AVOID BEEF AND MUTTON, eat fish. Avoid dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese etc because a PCOS body does not tolerate lactose.
Women with PCOS also have the tendency to develop more bodily hair. Although an uncomfortable thing but nothing to be ashamed of. I had a triggered facial hai growth too. Just go and get a wax after every 15 days or so. When you are going to start losing that weight, hair growth will get better eventually.
If you are not getting regular periods, clean your diet and take Duphagston and Glucophage ( 1 tablet each after 1 meal twice a day) do the complete course. Its 800 a pack and has 14 tablets.
I am attaching a few links to help you get rid of ovarian cysts and PCOS issues.
Dr Sabeel Homeo Clinic: He gives three months course 1500 weekly charges of medication to remove cysts from ovaries. He will also help you manage weight.

Momal Asif PCOS Friendly Diet Plan: I have also done this. Highly effective for PCOS management

Lastly, just go out for walks initially for the first 10 kg that you lose. Slowly incorporate cardio and weights or hire a fitness trainer. You can also go for a fat freezing procedure to instantly lose a few inches.
I hope this helps anyone who has PCOS. :))))) Stay blessed, happy and do not depend on anyone. InshaAllah Allah paak will bless you with the best.

Wow! You really surprised me with video replies. I have done MDMA 2-3 times. Which can't be counted as psychedelic. The first time was one of the best experiences i ever had. Long time ago. Back then i realized it's not that good of a deal. I should try something pure and better. So i tried.

Enug
I‘ve done Emma 2,5 times.
The first time was really go and I didn’t have a down at all, since my trip partner measured everything according to our body weights so that we get the perfect dose for us.
I remember Emma hitting when I gave my trip partner a back massage and I felt all this love and I was very talk active, which back then I wasn’t normally.
I felt like through that experience I got in tune with my authentic self; a self that is full of love.
The second time was very reckless and the set and setting weren’t the best, but I was desperate to feel love, so I went with it.
I was with two guys, we were in the bath tub together and stuff.
The next three days I felt the consequences. Complete downer, serotonin completely empty and I seriously thought that I could also just k*ill myself right here, right now and it wouldn’t matter to me, since I didn’t feel anything.
I pushed through and told myself that I never wanted to be so reckless with Emma ever again, which I didn’t.
This picture is from the 0,5 time, when I just got a very small portion of Emma and only felt mildly uplifted, but still very confident.
You can’t even see the huge pupils with this filter 😂

Do you ever go to the gym Whats your experience of going there Whats your

Your bench press weights are really impressive! Will you share what weights you use for bicep curls and shoulder presses?

I use a bar between 90 and 130 pounds for both of those exercises. One set with 90 pounds, then the next with 110, next 110, last 100 pounds for arms, and 120 pounds, then the next 130, then 130, then 120 pounds for shoulders. But, I do a lot of isolation exercises like concentration curls for biceps, hammer curls etc. 55 pound dumbbells for four sets. And, four sets of dips with 60 extra pounds, pull ups with 60 extra pounds. I dont really know what to write. I change my routine completely every 6 weeks. Goes on forever. It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to train arms. Works for me 😀

Dear Life 🌸 Post something on it.

Manasvi koshiy
Dear Life,
Thank you for staying afloat in the most turbulent of phase. Remember you had overcome a bad phase & built yourself in the way you are. You're in your late 20s & yes, it surely is a very difficult age to be at. But I admire you for still managing to put up a smile everyday & choosing to fight it out rather than giving up & helping others grow at the same time. Let bygones be bygones& remember, things are what they are & whatever will be, will be.You have more dreams to achieve & goals to reach; you have chosen a difficult road, it's high time tore-plan your plan, re-pack your bags, unload all the weights that pull you down, clear your mind & continue your journey.
Dear life, you are a fighter, a rebel. Thank you for sticking to what you believe in & not following the crowd. I know you feel subdued at times, but it’s okay. You could have easily got into full time practice & pretend to be settled. But you have made this difficult choice of being a renowned bollywood lyricist all by yourself. Now Live with it. Lord Buddha used to conclude his discourses & sermons every day with these words: "Charaiveti, Charaiveti" which means “Keep going...Keep going, don’t stop”. Whatever the circumstances, we have to move on & persist like a dogged traveler in this journey. Thank you for learning from your follies.
Everyone commits mistakes & so have you. You have faltered a lot of times in your choices but kudos for learning from them & trying your level best to not repeat it.
I breathe through you & I breathe for you & I feel lucky. Sorry for not putting you first. I always put you second. Being available to others all the time, I allowed you to become second priority. But dear life, it makes me happy to care about other people above everything. One fine day, the Karma of helping people in need is going to come back to you in a good way; my conscience never ceases to tell me that. Oh dear life....thee shall live with peace & harmony. Oh life, the dearest.

Yeah, you lose appetite because your body is burning fats, rich in calories, so you don't need to eat that much. but if you will not do resistance training, your body will get rid of them muscles too because they are not being used. Just do it, you'll be fine. Eat less, pick up weights

If that’s what works to keep you in shape eh that’s awesome 😊. Holy crap eh look at you all go! How has it been? Challenging?. I’m actually a bodybuilding athlete and weight lifting is my favourite. Also weights burn fat and calories for 48 hours 🤤.

There‘s one exercise that my brother added to list that I don’t really like, since it‘s so challenging that I need to take breaks in between. 😅
But in general it‘s okay and not that hard. 🤗
That sounds amazing. I‘m happy to hear that you found something you enjoy so much. 🤗
