Jme réveille à 14h dans le lit d’une fille. Elle est déjà debout, et se maquille pour aller en cours. Mon tel est plein de notif. Des noms de filles à voir ou à revoir. Vie de charo. J’allume une clope en calebard sur son divan. Elle me sourit, et ses premiers mots sont pour me demander si j’ai bien dormi. Alors je souris.
Une femme comblée demande à son amant s’il a bien dormi, une femme frustré lui dit qu’elle doit bientôt partir.
Elle veut que je reste encore un peu, et c’est précisément pour cela que je pars. Je la remercie pour cette nuit délicieuse et la porte claque derrière moi.
En regagnant la rue, je constate que je suis encore défoncé et que les lunettes de soleil sont une belle invention. Je traverse la ville en choisissant la fille que je vais démonter ce soir. Être un maître charo demande de l’organisation, et j’hésite à embaucher une secrétaire.
Douché, parfumé, et encore sous l’effet du xanax, j’attaque mon service à 18h. Il fait froid. Pour un jeudi soir, les étudiants sont peu nombreux dans le bar. La faute aux vacances. Un mot que je ne connais plus.

now it calms my social anxiety, gives me more confidence, helps my problem solving, but i’m still bad at picking up social cues
obviously sometimes when i’m high and im not focusing on one thing my mind goes all over the place then it defeats the purpose of me even smoking in the first place
one of my doctors gave me the choice of weed or xanax, i chose weed bc it was the only thing that helped with my anxiety🤷🏼‍♀️
i refused to smoke weed & take anything while i was grieving the loss of my child bc i didnt want to be numb of it or become addicted so obviously you have no idea what you’re talking about bc idk where this idea of me self medicating came from

Je voudrais que nos nuits durent cent ans. C’est peu. Juste un siècle. Le temps de s’aimer fort.
On pourrait vieillir sans craindre la mort, ouvrir une parenthèse pour vérifier. Ce que ça ferait. Si on acceptait encore d’aimer.
On est deux, à être cassé. Alors on sait. Qu’il y a des blessures qui continueront toujours de saigner, et qu’on serait fou, de risquer d’en recevoir des nouvelles. On sait que c’est impossible. D’être tous les deux.
C’est même interdit d’en caresser l’idée. On se fait vieux, on a plus l’âge de rêver.
Mais quand tu es dans mes bras, mes doigts te caressent comme si tu étais ma femme. Et je veux que tu sentes, toute la profondeur que je donne à ma tendresse. 1. Le mélange alcool et médicament est déconseillé au seul motif que cela augmente la défonce pour la rendre déchirante. C’est donc naturellement conseillé pour l’usage que j’en fais.

5. Je ne prend nullement comme offense le fait que tu me contactes pour ce motif risible, alors que nous sommes amis depuis la nuit des temps et que nous aurions autre chose à nous dire que de nous quereller sur ta notable ignorance.
6. Il me paraît évident que mon alcool de patate te ferait parler Finlandais couramment s’il te prenait la folle idée de trinquer avec moi. En attendant, la patate est un légume, et peux-tu t’asseoir à ma table et m’affirmer que tu consommes plus de légumes que moi? J’en doute.

A parte gli scherzi, il modo migliore per affrontare l'ansia, secondo me, è non affrontarla affatto! Non bisogna percepire l'ansia come un nemico da combattere, essa è solo una normale risposta del nostro organismo che fondamentalmente ci aiuta a sopravvivere, in pratica quindi è una risorsa da sfruttare, non da eliminare. È inutile cercare di trovare delle "strategie" per evitarla, anche perchè, queste non faranno altro che peggiorare la situazione!
Dobbiamo valutare l'ansia come una normale componente della situazione che stiamo vivendo, solo cosi possiamo fare in modo che quell'ansia non ci sovrasti, non so se ho reso l'idea ^^".
Io ormai ho smesso di "combatterla". Quando ho un evento importante, non cerco più di sopprimere alcun pensiero, né alcuna emozione: semplicemente accetto l'ansia e faccio del mio meglio pur provando quella emozione.
Ho capito che è meglio averla come amica piuttosto che come nemica. Combatterla non farà altro che aumentare i problemi rischiando seriamente di restare intrappolati in un turbinio di preoccupazioni e tentativi vani di allontanarla, con conseguente senso di fallimento e frustrazione.

Uwazam ze moim najpoważniejszym uzależnieniem był (podejrzewam że i tak JEST, to że go nie biorę w sumie niczego nie zmienia jakby nie patrzeć) xanax - odstawiałam go kilka razy, uzależniłam się w połowie 2018 roku, wylądowałam nawet przez to w szpitalu z podejrzeniem padaczki, bo dostałam typowy atak padaczkowy w zeszłe wakacje właśnie gdy staralam się go odstawić, potem wzięłam go incydentalnie ze dwa razy tylko i nie zamierzam więcej NIGDY
Nigdy nie byłam tak wesoła, pełna energii i pozytywna jak po rzuceniu tego scierwa, przysięgam
Paradoksalnie tez lepiej się wysypiam :))

Ja się śmieje teraz bo choja dla mnie zrobili i zrobiłam ja sobie sama

Îmi dau seama, cu toții avem propriile noastre lupte. Nu zic că de la apă vei fi cel mai productiv om din lume, contribuie și mișcarea și alimentația si modul de a gândi, dar nu le poți schimba pe toate odată. Eu nu vorbesc din adormite, chestia cu zahărul și cofeina am experimentat-o pe propria mea piele și am realizat ce stări aveam atunci și ce stări am acum când consum apă cât am nevoie, încerc să mănânc sănătos mai mereu și să fac sport cât pot de mult. Toate astea se schimbă în timp, nu îi poți băga corpul pe gât schimbări bruște și nici nu spun că de mâine să tai de tot cafeaua și cola, ia-o treptat. Dacă de obicei bei 5 cafele pe zi și 5 de cola, încearcă să reduci la jumătate... și în restul timpului să consumi apă. Știu că pare imposibil sau greu sau o "altă povară în timpul puțin pe care îl mai am liber" dar toate astea ajută enorm corpul și creierul. Trebuie să învățam să ne controlam mintea și să ne protejăm sănătatea. Asta este părerea mea și de vrei s-o asculți... 🤷‍♀️ dacă nu, nu știu cu ce te-aș putea ajuta. Și eu am facultate, mai am 3 ani și lucrez full time, azi am lucrat 11 ore jumătate și Weekend-urile le petrec la facultate de la 9 la 5 seara... mno. Fiecare pe avem pe ale noastre și eu așa am învins multe, așa am reușit să îmi mențin anxietatea sub control care e problemă psihologică destul de gravă, la fel ca și depresia și altele și nu toți oamenii reușesc să controleze, alții iau Xanax la greu și alte medicamente. Mult succes în toate.

I missed a final exam this morning because I had a panic attack and could not move, stop crying, or say anything besides, “I’m sorry,” over and over. It lasted at least an hour, if not longer. I had to take Xanax and then go to bed for nearly seven hours. When I woke up, I felt just as exhausted and unstable, so I took more medicine and went to bed again. I can’t live like this. I have work tomorrow. I have more exams next week. Life never stops moving. I don’t care if everyone understands that college kids are broke, chronically tired, substance-abusing hooligans. That’s not what I’m referring to when I say I don’t have my life together. I mean I cannot function in a day to day setting with these episodes. And that is not normal. I’ve spoken to every member of my family and none of them know what it’s like to have a panic attack. Not even my sister, who went through the shittiest divorce I’ve ever seen. This is not normal. I am terrified of my future because I don’t know how I’m ever going to get over this.
