Non ho mai praticato la meditazione in quanto tale, ma ho preso parte ad una lezione di yoga personale assieme a mia madre e devo per questo riconoscere di non essere portata alla liberazione della mente cui tale pratica dovrebbe condurre: non riesco a stare dietro alla tranquillità di voci e melodie che non mi appartengono e non mi viene per nulla naturale lasciarmi andare e liberar la mente, specie in simili contesti.
Sono convinta che un’unica esperienza non sia sufficiente per valutar qualcosa, quindi non nego a priori ne’ lo yoga ne’ la meditazione in quanto tale, certa piuttosto di dover ritentare per comprendere meglio; sicuro però è che non parto dalla convinzione che con me possa funzionare.

The hardest part of moving to a new state is finding a group of friends. I’m starting with neighbors, coworkers, and there is an online group of women new to town looking for friends that meet up once a month. There is also an art studio a block from me that does art classes, and a yoga studio. I’m not very outgoing in real life, but I think meeting friends, like dating, is a numbers game. The more you put yourself out there, the more likely it is that you will find someone you click with.

Si pratico 5 volte a settimana in media yoga e mi aiuta a calmarmi dato che sono una persona abbastanza ansiosa(però ci sono periodi in cui l'ansia prende il sopravvento tipo ora), e mi dà un benessere fisico .
Mentre a volte la domenica medito però è da qualche settimana che non lo faccio, Quando lo praticavo mi mettevo della musica da meditazione oppure una traccia apposita nelle orecchie, a lume di candela e stavo li circa mezz'ora e dopo di che mi sentivo meglio.
Per quanto riguarda le affermazioni ci sono alcune come "you worth" "believe,be you" "you are strong " "you can do whatever you want" "io non inseguo,attraggo,tutto ciò che mi appartiene mi troverà "(presa dalla legge dell'attrazione universale in cui credo)

Do you have anxiety? How do you cope with it?

I used to have really bad anxiety, particularly social anxiety stemming from childhood and onwards, but it manifests more so as depression nowadays (or has done for years, rather).
I guess work can be a good distraction; you have to get out of your own head and put on your customer service/professional face aha, but it does actually help me feel better.
Being out in nature, spending time with animals, doing hobbies that bring you joy, being around people you can be yourself and have a laugh with, it all helps.
If you’re like me and it’s due to an actual chemical imbalance, then taking meds that help stabilise the serotonin will help too. Vitamin D is known to boost mood levels, as well as being good for other purposes.
Looking after yourself physically and spiritually helps too (aka, some people find yoga very good for anxiety, or exercise in general, mindfulness, etc). I hope that helps a little. It’s a learning process and some days it’s not easy to shake at all, but that’s part of being human. You’ve got this :)

Questa è una candela alla fragranza Sandalo Nero ,e no non è la scarpa ahah è proprio una spezia.
Devo dire che ho provato tre diverse candele con questa fragranza della stessa marca e in 3 formati diversi:grade,piccola e questo candelotto,e ho notato che questo formato più piccolo è quello che mi piace di più in assoluto perché ha una fragranza molto più dolce e aromatica.
Ad esempio ieri l'ho accesa per la prima volta durante yoga e alla fine, invece di lasciare quell'odore della candela quando si spegne(stoppino bruciato per intenderci) ha profumato tutta la stanza😍

Da piccola amavo alla follia il pattinaggio artistico su ghiaccio mi piaceva come le professioniste volteggiavano sul ghiaccio come libellule, infatti ogni volta che mi chiedevano che cosa volessi fare da grande io rispondevo questo. Purtroppo per pigrizia non ho mai iniziato a praticarlo.
Al momento tra gli sport che mi piace guardare in televisione c'è lo sci e la Formula 1,a volte il calcio.
Un altro sport che mi piace è la danza classica,ma mi limito a guardare video e foto su instagram ammirando le ballerine per la loro grazia.
Mentre quello praticato é lo yoga.

I got a couple of sweaters, personalized "daughter" blanket, a hot cocoa set (mugs, flavored powders, marmellows, candy canes, etc), a small stuffed penguin, 2 gift cards (one from my FIL & one from my sister/BIL), a couple of T-shirts, a pair of stretchy yoga pants, etc.
My family Christmas was a huge hit! Barely any food was left over aside from desserts! Apparently my family all love my cooking 🤣❤️

Was erhellt deine Gedanken in den trübsten Zeiten?

Meinen zwei engsten Freunden gelingt es immer meine Gedanken zu erhellen. Einer der beiden verfügt über eine naive kindliche Ader, die mich stets zum lachen bringt, während der andere mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Zumindest sofern ich überhaupt in der Lage bin, auf soziale Interaktionen einzugehen. Denn diese kosten mir für gewöhnlich viel Kraft.
Ungeachtet dessen ist der mit Abstand bedeutsamste Faktor in meinem Leben mich körperlich und mental zu fordern. Wenn ich nach einem langen Tag die Gelegenheit habe, meinen Körper über jede erdenkliche Grenze zu führen, fühle ich mich unheimlich lebendig. Es setzt Emotionen frei, die ich sonst nur unterdrücken würde. Gibt mir das Gefühl, es mit der gesamten Welt aufnehmen zu können. Es gibt nichts, was meine Gedankenwelt mehr erleuchtet.
Diverse fiktive Charaktere - allen voran Vegeta aus Dragon Ball - inspirieren mich, permanent voranzuschreiten und mir treu zu bleiben, statt alles zu verdrängen.
Tagträumerein, Videospiele oder auch Wrestling dienen mir als gelungene, manchmal überaus nötige, Abwechslung. Schließlich muss auch ich dem ganzen mal für ein paar Augenblicke entrinnen.
Meine Routine (in Form von Meal Prep, Yoga, Meditation, positive Self-talk, die Pflege meiner Haustiere) hilft mir dabei meine Gedanken in der Realität zu wahren und nicht vollkommen abzudriften.
Insgesamt sehe ich es für mich als nötig, mich auf das hier und jetzt zu fokussieren. Anderenfalls gerate ich lediglich in eine anhaltend negative Gedankenspirale, die ich dann nur schwer unterbrechen kann.

Here are some of my hobbies:
-Geography
-Astronomy
-Altering states of consciousness
-Walking
-Lifting weights

Geography: It was inherited from my dad down to me. I was always fascinated by how the world works, how many countries there are, and so on. It's always fun to test out my knowledge whenever I play on Sporcle because sometimes the quizzes are easy, and sometimes it's difficult. It's a nice contrast.
Astronomy: I loved astronomy growing up. Space was, and is, a marvelous place that is full of magic and majestic.
Altered states of consciousness: I've always been intrigued by the ideas and thoughts that pop up when one smokes weed, drinks wine, drinks tea, drinks coffee, meditates, etc. I find this practice of psychonauting to be amazing.
Walking: I first started around 2014 when I had to lose weight. At first it was hell, but it got much much easier. One time I went for a 6 hour walk, and had many blisters, but it was totally worth it.
Lifting weights: I first started around 2016. I just like how it makes me feel and how my body feels. I've been hot and cold with this hobby.
Meditating: I was first introduced to meditation in Yoga in high school. I never practiced meditation seriously until 2016 or so. Then I was off and on but I always do my best to incorporate some form of meditation into my daily life.

Ich selbst trinke viele Teemischungen - ob Baldrian, Melisse, Lavendel, Passionsblume oder Hofenzapfen. All diese Pflanzen wirken, aus eigener Erfahrung, nicht nur schlaffördernd sondern auch beruhigend, was wiederum den Stresspegel senkt. Sollte man kein großer Teetrinker sein, gibt es diese ebenfalls in Tablettenform. Klosterfrau bietet beispielsweise in vielen Drogeriemärkten Seda-Plantina an - Tabletten aus Passionsblumenkraut, Baldrianwurzel und Melissenblätter. Mir helfen diese sowohl beim Schlaf als auch bei meiner Panikstörung. Kann sie also nur wärmstens empfehlen. Abgesehen davon gibt es diverse Lebensmittel, die auf ihre eigene Art und Weise die Melatoninproduktion ankurbeln. Haferflocken, Bananen, Mandeln und insbesondere Kiwis sind mir hier bekannt. Zu empfehlen sind außerdem abendliche Atemübungen und Yoga, da viele Schlafprobleme das Resultat aus ungesundem Stress und innerer Unruhe sind. Mir persönlich hilft es auch Podcasts, Hörbucher oder Youtube Videos zu hören, möglichst aber mit ausgeschalteten Bildschirm, da mich diese erfolgreich von meinen eigenen Gedanken ablenken.

I practiced yoga a few years ago as part of physical therapy. My surgeon was recommending it to his patients and I continued until I was able to resume weight training. I haven't practiced yoga since that time but T'ai Chi keeps me "limber" enough and I recently started with Jiu-Jitsu. I may eventually move to Aikido and while I still believe that yoga can be beneficial, I am more focused on martial arts.

How to handle overthinking

Do yoga or simple deep breathing exercise daily
Keep yourself busy
Select a specific time for worrying and if you catch yourself overthinking anytime before the time, remind yourself that you need to wait
Overthinking isn't bad if you're having positive thoughts but if the content is negative then keep on challenging your thoughts with a question like
"Is my thought a fact or just my opinion?"

بقول اشياء يمكن ماتصدقونها لكن فعلًا تبعد الطاقات السلبيه اولا تنظيف المكان والمحيط من اي شي لازم نكون في مكان مرتب ومتجدد و هواء نقي و حتى الارض نمسحها بماي و ملح ونغسل كلشي
ثانيا نشتغل على تنظيف ذاتنا يكون عبر تنقية كل شي بدايةً الذِهن نحاول يكون صافي نكتب ف ورقه كل الاشياء الي مضايقتنا او سلبيه او عالقه فينا و نشق الورقه و نحرقها و نحاول نكون متسامحين مع اي شخص فحياتنا (لازم نبتعد عن كل الصفات الي مو زينه مثلا حقد خصام الخ لان كل ما طاقتك الخاصة مسمومه أي ان انعكاسك الداخلي يبين على الخارجي ف الشي بياثر عليك والعقل الباطني "النفس" تكرر كل شي انت تصدقه فلازم نتدرب على ان نقول حق روحنا كل يوم كلام حليو ما ننتظره من احد واخر شي عشان ما اطول واجد، نطلع نمشي نشم هوا او نسوي شي نحبه." الشي الي بيصير ان الانسان بيحس بتغيير و ايجابية وتكرار هالعمليه مهم عشان ماترجع السلبيه او الطاقه النازله الى حياتنا.

Pandemia - ¿Te cuesta quedarte en casa?

Para nada. Estando en casa sola he podido aprovechar el hacer un sinfín de cosas. Como el hacer unas modificaciones a la casa, más que todo mi dormitorio, el poner música de las bandas y solistas que más me gustan – claro, en un volumen moderado –, el hablar por teléfono todo el día y cotillear de lo que me ha pasado en el día, semana. El tocar un poco de mi bajo, componer alguna melodía, el jugar con mi pequeña mascota – no le puesto nombre, ayuda –, el ir a la cocina y hacer un rico, delicioso pastel de manzana. El practicar un poco de yoga y medicación porque ando muy estresada, ya será casi un mes en el que estoy muy tensionada, eso apesta. Y como no, el hacer una maratón de Harry Potter, sigo diciendo que valdría la pena verlas todas, quien quiera hacerme compañía, sea bienvenido/a acá.

Tengo dos métodos, yoga y meditación. El meditar puede producir un estado de relajamiento profundo y una mente tranquila. La meditación me ha mejorado lo que es la salud emocional y el aumento de la felicidad. Me alivia el estrés que me llevo a cargar casi a diario. Y con el yoga me ha ayudado a relajarme, me ayudado en demasía con la confianza en mí misma. Como también en mejorar mi coordinación, y mi concentración. Y lo mejor es que me ayuda en poder dormir bien, ya no me da tanto insomnio como antes.

Me cuesta demasiado conciliar el sueño, y al final siempre duermo tarde, y no me levanto a comer y ya no se que hacer, que hago que no sea tomar pastillas?

Mira lo que te voy a decir ya lo sabes, pero a parte de pastillas que no te lo recomiendo para nada, es sacar fuerza de voluntad te lo dice una que le pasa lo mismo y tiene ansiedad y depresión de hace bastante y es complicado porque es hacer el doble de esfuerzo que otras personas pero se puede, pero tienes que querer e intentarlo.. hay días que te costara y otros que se te hará más llevadero es intentarlo y no rendirte, escucha música relajante o asmr que ahora está de moda y hace que los sonidos te relajen, haz ejercicio o yoga, libérate de la frustración con ejercicio o algún hobby que te motive, no estés sin hacer nada xq menos vas a poder dormir .

Buna,imi amintesc ca acum ceva timp ai postat ca nu poti dormi fara pastile pentru somn si ca le.ai folosi de ceva timp. Am si eu cateodata probleme cu somnul dar imi este frica sa le iau. Ma tot gandesc ca mi s.ar obisnui corpul cu ele si nu mai pot dormi fara ele. Te rog sa raspunzi. Multumesc🤗

Eu somnifere de mulți ani. Fără el nu aș putea să mă odihnesc. Am încercat tot ce este natural însă fără efect, terapie la psiholog, la fel fără efect, tehnici de meditație, respirație, yoga, tot fără efect. Nu știu ce să ți zic. Eu aveam episoade nașpa de tot cu lipsa de somn în sensuk că efectiv nu adormeam abs deloc și deja începuse sa mi afecteze și viața personală, socială.
Încearcă ce am încercat eu mai sus, dacă nu, mergi la psihiatru. Posibil să fie vorba de depresie și anxietate cum a fost la mine.

Planning on cleaning out my closet and making a few trips to Goodwill at some point. Then I want to level my void elf as high as I can. I have a raid on Saturday night in WoW. I also need to hit the gym a few times, but I prefer going in the morning when it isn't as busy.
My daughter's birthday party is Sunday, so Saturday will be spend furiously and pointlessly "cleaning" the house as my wife demands it. The only people coming over on Sunday are family, and they damned well know we have three kids. I don't get my wife's blind rage over the house looking like people live there.
I slept in, which was AWESOME! I've been getting around 6-7 hours of sleep recently and I got 9 today! As soon as I woke up, my mom told me she had my dinner ready (I work nights, so my breakfast is dinner). I ate that and chilled for two hours, then did my workout (p90x yoga)... and I kicked its ass! Well... it was yesterday's workout, so I still have to do today's workout (which is just stretching). I ate something after my yoga and now I'm letting my food settle, then I'm gonna stretch :) So yeah, great day so far!
When I first moved into my current rental the oven/stovetop/grill unit was dead and we had to wait three months for the landlord to put in a new one. All the microwave food, we did buy a small electric hotplate as well though. Not having a functional kitchen sucks so bad! Nice! May your team win many victories! I have family members who played VFL back in the day but none who could have gone pro. I inherited the Essendon way, whole family goes for one team. I want to work my way through the 'best ever' books too, but money. When it's not during semester I read quite often, used to devour libraries when I was younger and had more free time. I actually broke my rule of no reading until after end of semester exams and started on the Diskworld series. Once I start a good book I NEED to finish it. I have several books for this coming break, but also several video games I need to beat.
I ate cupcakes at the beach with my family. Afterwards, I laced up for my Sunday afternoon run (Australian here!). Then, I sat on the couch and watched the football team I support win in epic fashion! Maybe I'll read tonight before sleeping. It's been a great day!
At around midnight I decided I wanted to drive around some, and I ended up on the road for like 4 hours. Passed through some medium-sized cities. Drove through the University of Maryland campus. Now I'm at home feeling kinda mentally reset, eating leftover Chinese food.
Well, it's only 6:30, but so far I've woken up, gotten dressed, come to work, and worked about 2 hours. I get out at around 4:00 this afternoon, and after that? No idea, go home and eat something, watch a movie and go to sleep?

Here are some ideas: yoga, biking, jogging, karate, guitar or piano, painting, writing, ceramics, swimming. There are so many possibilities. Just make a list of all activities that interest you. Next choose the top 3. Then pick one and set a goal (1x each week or 5x each week).

I’ve thought about painting actually! But I have tremors from my TBI so they’d end uo absolutely terrible😂 I was in painting class in school and it was a disaster, I’m pretty sure my teacher just graded my effort rather than how my work actually looked because she felt bad😂😂😂 and I have asthma so I practically die if I try to do too much physically besides walking for a couple miles😅 I’ve wanted to try writing but when I sit down to do it I get a brainfog so I ended up sitting there like “HERE WE GO!…………..now what”😂

Guarda, questa tua domanda mi capita a pennello. Sarà un po' insolita come risposta, io in primis non mi sarei mai aspettata di scriverla. Ho diverse / cose / che a loro modo mi suscitano good vibes, a partire dalla musica passando anche per la piccola coccinella che ti ritrovi improvvisamente sulla mano. Poco fa, entrando su instagram, il primo post della home era proprio di Salmo, il quale con una sua bellissima foto artistica annunciava l'uscita del suo nuovo album l'uno ottobre. Così, nel silenzio, ha scatenato il pandemonio. Posso dire che sia sempre stato lui, tra le tante altre cose, a suscitarmi maggiori vibes. Con le sue sciocchezze, con le parole delle canzoni, con il suo essere burbero e umano, con una virilità mancata e un'euforia contagiosa. Come personaggio pubblico, Salmo è tante cose e questo suo essere tante cose mi ha coinvolta molte volte. Frattanto, questo suo improvviso post, ha scombussolamento totalmente la mia attuale situazione. Era inatteso. E mi ha smorzato, positivamente.

Ciao cara, le tue domande mi mancavano molto: sanno sempre distendere il mio umore 🐱
Ho provato io stessa a fare yoga, ma tuttavia ho avuto modo di comprendere che non fa per me: oltre al fatto che facendolo percepisco ancor di più il mio reflusso gastrico e i miei problemi d’indigestione, devo dire che non riesco davvero ad entrare dentro al mood. Sono sempre stata affascinata da tale pratica, però, e mi piacerebbe continuare a coltivarla.
Io le good vibes, in realtà, riesco a percepirle in qualsiasi attività, purché sia qualcosa che mi piaccia, neanche a dirlo: può farmi stare bene condividere il tempo con le persone giuste, guardarmi in solitudine qualcosa su Netflix, conversare in modo intelligente con persone interessanti, applicarmi nella scrittura, leggere un buon libro, ascoltare della musica che mi piace. Tutto, se fatto nel momento giusto, può riuscire a donarmi gioia.
Quello che invece riesce sempre a farmi sorridere, nonostante possa star male per tutto il resto, è lui: stare con lui è la migliore vibrazione.

Non ho mai provato veramente lo yoga, di solito lo ritengo frustrante per la mia mente, al pari della meditazione.
Invece solitamente la musica, specialmente se con dei sottotoni orchestrali o folk. Infatti spesso band come i Blackmore's Night e i Wintersun sono ottimi quando ho bisogno di ricaricarmi l'umore, mi fanno entrare in una specie di trance in cui riesco a smettere di pensare.
