You’ll have to get a new screen, a part of the glass is probably pressing the thing that would usually display the lock screen.

That sounds like you messed the screen up you’d need to go get that replaced

Hold down the power button and the volume (idr if it's up or down) then you'll release the volume button after a few seconds and it should reset. Just Google it, it'll tell you.
