Ask @thecasualfanrises:

If the sun was extinguished (but the mass was still present), would we die from dwindling oxygen or decreasing temperature? Provide any necessary calculations if you wish

Neo
What does dwindling oxygen have to do with the sun being extinguished? Obviously, we would plummet into another ice age and a dark ice age at that. All plant and tree life would die as I think they need sun light to digest food. So, animals that depend on eating these plants would die too. Plants produce oxygen. So, with plants dead you would think oxygen levels would decrease. But what you forget is that the animals that consume this oxygen would soon follow the plants into their grave. So, with no one to produce oxygen but no one to consume it either oxygen levels would remain relatively unchanged... I'm smart. I know these things

Did you have an office/work Christmas/holiday party? What was the format? How did it go? (There was almost a fight at mine)

Neo
"Valar morghulis," Arya repeated. It wasn't hard. Her fingers closed tight over the coin. Across the yard, she could hear men dying. "Please don't go, Jaqen."
"Jaqen is as dead as Arry," he said sadly, "and I have promises to keep. Valar morghulis, Arya Stark. Say it again."
"Valar morghulis," she said once more, and the stranger in Jaqen's clothes bowed to her and stalked off through the darkness, cloak swirling.

Am I still racist if I would date or have sex with a South of Central American woman but not a Black woman? If a woman is good looking she’s good looking, but to me black women aren’t good looking and it’s not because of their skin tone, it’s their flat noses, big lips and weird hair.

It's called preference - date who u want

Is it normal that little things set me off? For example I was a tuition centre for children and young adults out of full education and they asked me to do something with a computer and I wanted to use my laptop i brought in and they wouldn’t let me and I just left after verbally abusing the staff.

It's not good. Next time just walk away instead of losing your cool

"Work" Jack meets Penelope (vendor visit). Jack wants to maybe try a date. Does Jack write from his work email or personal email to meet for lunch? Jack has her business card. Jack is unsure of her relationship status since he had minimal time for casual chat.

Neo
Jack should keep business and pleasure separate. He shouldn't hit on co-workers or clients or vendors.

Why do you believe in reincarnation?

Neo
Right now our consciousness is something. When we die it doesn't turn into nothing. So, what happens? We probably start life anew. It may be the same life in the same surroundings in the same time period. Or it may be in a diferent place, time, body. Seems logical enough to me. What's not to believe?

He wondered what Ser Arthur Dayne would have to say of this lot. How is it the Kingsguard has fallen so low, most like. It was my doing, I would have to answer. I opened the door and did nothing when the vermin began to crawl inside.

cf
And he'd held his own against the Smiling Knight though it was Ser Arthur who had slew him. What a fight that was, and what a foe. The Smiling Knight was a madman, cruelty and chivalry all jumbled up together, but he did not know the meaning of fear. And Dayne, with Dawn in hand... The outlaw's longsword had so many notches by the end that Ser Arthur had stopped to let him fetch a new one. It's that white sword of yours I want the robber Knight told him as they resumed though he was bleeding from a dozen wounds by then. Then you shall have it Ser the Sword of the Morning replied, and made an end of it. The world was simpler in those days Jaime thought and men as well as swords were made of finer steel. Or was it only that he had been fifteen? They were all in their graves now. The Sword of the Morning, and the Smiling Knight, the White Bull, and Prince Llewyn, Ser Oswald Went with his black humour, earnest John Derry, Simon Towyne, and his Kingswood Brotherhood, bluff old Sumner Crakehall, and me, that boy I was. When did he die, I wonder. When I donned the white cloak? When I opened Aerys' throat? That boy had wanted to become Ser Arthur Dayne, but some place along the way he had become the Smiling Knight instead...
