Sore knee? Too much soccer playing?

Did some squats wrong. The bar was attached to the equipment. And the equipment was configured such that the bar went up at an angle - about 75 degrees. One is supposed to do the squat straight up and straight down. I had to do it at a 75 degree angle kind of leaning forward a little bit. I believe this put too much strain on my knees even though I only had light weights on the bar. Aggravated it later by doing more squats/lunges/jogging. So, all this happened over the course of 4-5 days. Next thing you know I wake up one day and can’t put any weight on my right leg. This was a month ago. Since then I’ve been bandaging my knee, resting it as much as possible, and icing it as well. Massage therapy for my hips which are taking all the strain. Good news is that I’m limping less and the knee feels stronger these last few days. Saw a specialist today. Physical Therapy starts Thursday

Is a tie in round one possible? I thought this was the playoffs

Well, first there’s the group stages. 32 teams. So, 8 groups of 4. Top two in each group go to the round of 16 which is a knockout round, and can feature extra time and penalty shoot outs to determine a winner in the case of a draw/tie (the term draw is used more often in soccer than tie). In the group stages each team will play three matches. Hope this helps. :)

I’m done drinking coffee. Just had the worst case of the cramps. Apparently they call it a charley horse or something. It was moving up and down my calf and ankle. Sheesh, I’m still feeling the effects of it a few hours later. Hopefully, it’ll be fine when I wake up

Is it normal that I have three bathrooms in my house and I’ve assigned a Male and female bathroom for guests and the third one is mine only because it’s next to my room?

It might be! I wouldn’t know... Not sure gender separated bathroooms are the norm at private residences
