I work at a standing desk all day. I don't have an average day, so whether it's making movelist videos, doing short heavy weightlifting sessions, boxing classes, stunt training, it all keeps me interested in moving around. Routine sucks.
Let's just say I'm over 30. Every body is different, and stuntwork involves many different disciplines - horses, cars, fire, weaponry, falls. If you can still handle the strain of your discipline, then it's not too late.

Creed
Haven't caught Marco Polo yet, but Daredevil, while it's got some nifty choreography, doesn't integrate the blindness intelligently, like the writers and choreographers aren't talking. The hallway scene, for example, should've been shot the opposite way so we couldn't see them coming. Close, but no cigar.
I like to pretend I can handle a lot of whisky, but if I'm on a boat, it's rum.
The Dope will return...
The fight scene in Blood And Bones (the Takeshi Kitano one), and Fireworks (Hana-Bi) is one of my favorite films.

Zero Gravity's back catalog is always fun, Alpha Stunts for their insane falls, and 8711 for John Wick
