r u depressed? hav u recently lost something or someone? lonely? do u want something u cnt have? surround yourself w ppl who uplift & care 4 u in every way. itll brighten up ur mood gorgeous. u cnt fix something if u dnt recognize wht needs 2 change. ur spark will hit eventually & when it does youll forget about most- if not everything bad. just have a lil faith in yourself girl. a lil faith goes a long way. dnt b influenced by others opinions. dnt lose who u r bc of other ppl. self care is v important when it comes to mental health & stability. its ok to b sad, its ok to b hurt, but its not ok to waist ur youth & vibrance for something tht u can fix within urself. try something new, go on a vacation. treat yourself for a while & then come to terms with what u need to do next to move forward. i hope this helps. dnt rush or overwork urself luv xx
