Ask @theryaneagle:

How many hours do you work these days? I remember when you said you used to work 20 hour days, 7 days a week - was that slightly over exaggerated or actually true?

Actually true (at the time). There were years of 20 hour work days that I lived. You don't get Rolls Royce's, Bentley's and other exotics by the age of 23 by relaxing. Nowadays I work between 25-40 hours a week - enjoying the balance of life a lot more.

This year, what is that one project that you feel best worked out for you? How much did you get as returns from the entire project?

I made an investment exactly a year ago and it's grown 50x since I got involved, it's been a super exciting project for me. Plus, I've been absolutely loving the work I've been doing at XCell Fund lately.

Do you think it's best to work for yourself or someone else and why?

Each person is different. There is no shame in working for someone else if you need the security or have a good deal. For me, I've always loved working for myself because I truly get to do whatever I want to do. Plus, it pays alright so I might as well keep it up.

I just read this on your Tumblr: http://theryaneagle.tumblr.com/post/86386337868/insane-work-schedule When you say 'you can't turn on/off your hustle because you're just not normal' what do you mean exactly? You struggle to not work or you get obsessed with it that you become absorbed by it?

I've changed my life a lot since that post (3+ years ago). I now work till 5pm and take the day off then. Work is not the alpha and omega of life.

Hello Ryan, do you have a personal relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ? The Son of God. Do you ask the Lord Jesus to bless you with wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and discernment? And do you ask the Lord Jesus to strengthen you to overcome all of your trials and tribulations?

I don't really get into the whole religious thing, I'm a spiritual guy.
