You need to be competitive and studious. That’s what I noticed ‘cause I’m always in with honors and deans list. You also need to have one trait that would stand out from the rest. Mine is my writing skills and creativity on Science projects or any subject presentations.

First, I never stated Duterte’s “shoot to kill” statement during the pandemic isn’t brutal, so what you’re implying is another topic itself.
Unless you mean “strict” by “brutal” on our country’s approach battling Covid-19 ... In that case, I disagree that we have the most “brutal” approach.
