you have to figure this out for yourself. i'd say surround yourself with people who love you, appreciate and accept you for who you are, push you to be the best version of yourself and who always have your best interest at heart. do things for yourself regardless of what others think. always put yourself first and don't worry too much about the little things
Why do people use ghosting as a means of separation?
because they're too afraid to be honest and upfront about how they feel, what their intentions were, and/or because it's the easy way out. it's a super crappy and pathetic way of ending things with someone (friend or other), it leaves the other person wondering what went wrong or what they did. i don't think it's fair.

my family doesn't really make plans for or celebrate any holiday tbh. we kinda just get invited to things and go sometimes. but i know i'll definitely celebrate it when i have a family of my own. i love the holidays, especially thanksgiving and christmas
