As for me, I usually don't have problems with it. I communicate with everyone normally. Sometimes I want to communicate with someone a bit closer, then I take the first steps. But if I see that a person is not interested, then so be it.
They trust you and you can tell them anything ,even if you do something wrong they forgive because they know each others life would be incomplete
