I've got no objection with streaming runs of glitched, but today is Christmas Eve, tomorrow is Christmas Day, and then the Boxing day test starts the day after and that goes for 5 days, and my flight is on Christmas Eve. It'll be hard to find the time

Well I don't have a team at the moment, and it's not like you only ever play in one, I played like 8 years? Competition at lower levels are just general 7-12 teams or whatever, play each other 1-2 times, top 4 make the finals 1st plays 4th, 2nd plays 3rd then wiinner of those 2 plays in the grand final. Teams I played in made the finals 5 times, grand final 3 times, but never won.

How would you go about kicking a bad, compulsive habit that you no longer enjoy (a lot, sometimes it's fun but usually just frustrating) but every time you have a little bit of free time you just feel like doing it anyways. (It's not speedrunning)
Just make a decision, if you keep doing it there must be a reason you keep coming back. Either you enjoy doing it and you just keep getting burnt out, or you just need to cut it out and it's unhealthy. Either way, just take a break for a little while and track you're reaction after that, and you'll know what to do next
