Why do people change?
I don't think that people change just like that. Because fundamentally they are still the same. It's just that due to certain occurrences, they learn to adapt. Hence they think differently and do things differently.

Most painful life lesson?
Funny. I was just reflecting on the past 19 years. I do that a lot. And it evokes a certain kind of sorrow in me. The kind I know will forever stay for as long as I'm breathing.
Most painful lesson? Never give up and never let regret a chance to seep into your heart. Because it will haunt you. I used to be very good at this certain sport. Nation junior team. I even had dreams of becoming world champ. I dared to dream that big because I thought finally, my big break. Growing up I had practically nothing - my family was and still am to some extent, very poor. But somewhere along the line, I changed. I let my family circumstances affect me. I let my friends influence the way I think and make decisions. I was weak minded.
And then I gave up on that dream. Since then, I am like a bird with broken wings. I used to dare to fly high and achieve. But now, I don't even have the audacity nor the guts to dream anymore. While I used to think that I was special and destined for great things when I was younger, now I realised - I am nothing, I am nobody special.

Would you consider yourself good at giving advice?
Good advice comes from wisdom. Wisdom comes from certain life experiences. I would say that my experiences in life are... unique as compared to the majority (thanks to my family situation - or no thanks, depends on how you perceive it). So yeah, I am able to give different perspectives hence give value-added advice. My word is not the Gospel tho.
