Ask @xaviersmithe2019:

What's one thing most people don't know about you?

I can be a pretty f*cking good friend, I'm loyal Af. Most people don't actually give me a chance to be friends with them. I know during highschool, and other ages, you want an overall stable way with friendships. I've seen this many times with people, they don't give people as chance to be their friend in general.

How do you help with acne?

I had really bad acne around a year ago, but thankfully the internet was there for me. I picked up some tips to having clear skin.
•Drink Lots of water
•Don't pick at it (that will make it scar)
•Exfoliate to remove dead skin (Once a week)
•Try shopping for soaps with a pH (potential Hydrogen) of around 4.5-6. This will balance the pH level of your skin, allowing it to be healthy. Most soaps are alkaline, and wash away the protective oils of your skin
•Try Using a dilute mixture of Tea Tree oil in your face wash. This has been proven to reduce overall swelling, and will keep Propionibacterium acnes ( Microscopic Microbe that aggravates an immune response, causing acne)
•Make sure you're getting enough minerals to support your skin (Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, and Silica)
•Silica is incredibly important Silica is a trace mineral that helps strengthen your body’s connective tissues. Such as muscles, tendons, hair, ligaments, nails, cartilage and bone. It's also a vital component of maintaining healthyskin. Silica deficiencycould lead toskin losing its elasticity, which results in premature aging and a slower healing of skin wounds. To increase the speed of wound healing, along with boosting skin health, hair health and bone health you should combine silica with zinc for maximum health benefits.
