Both, He and I broke my heart. I knew we wasn't gonna be together but I still kept whatever tf we had going on which sunk my heart deeper in the pit. Even though my heart is recovered, I still will not forget this experience. It taught me a lot.

So, I recently had switched to a new school. I am really shy, ( even to my mom) but I want to make new friends. Any tips please?
I used to be extremely shy as well, and I overcame this by getting out of my comfort zone. I started to speak up more in class and relax during presentations. When speaking to people, look in their eyes and if you have trouble with that, just stare at the area between their eyebrows. And try not to stutter. Doing a lot of soul searching will help figure yourself out as well. Don't make friends with the wrong people if you get what I mean.
And please please try to have a trusting bond with your mom too. It'll help in the long run, unless you have personal issues, then I understand.
