i have, at first they don’t seem bad but ngl they get worse but dont worry, they do hurt but it’s usually only a week, just try not to eat chocolate even tho you’ll crave it (it’s tru) eating chocolate can make your cramps worse, try heating pads they’ll help a lot and also warm foods like soup. honestly the worst part of a period is worrying, try not to worry a lot, i do it and i’m vv bad for worrying that i leaked through or i got blood on something or they can see my pad, you might think those are tru but they usually aren’t, it’s always good to check tho, also when you sneeze, cough and sometimes yawn be ready because it flows😂 but in all honesty you’ll be okay, i was not looking forward to the day i would get my first one and to make it even worse my first one i was in america and my parents were in canada, but i got through it and now i’ve had mine for almost 2 years. hope this helped don’t be scared luv💕
ps don’t wear a tampon to bed you can get an infection and girls have acc died from it you’ll hear that a lot
