How long do you read books every day as a book lover? (Non-academic)

Not a book lover anymore ig.. :3
There was indeed a time when I used to read hell lot of books..
But atm idek what I'm doing with my life.. I'm literally doing nothing..
I even can't get myself to watch anime let alone reading books, I have a list of books I wanna read, list of animes I wanna watch. But if I force myself to do it,
everything feels like chores..
Was playing a game last year, was even doing exel sheets, math etc for the game. Now can't get myself to play that as well.

I just wake up, browse random shits till morning then sleep till evening. Repeat

中学生の自分、高校生の自分、いま言ってあげられるとしたら、どんなことを伝えますか？

As for Junior High or High, I think I did everything pretty much well. Yeah, we mess things up in every phase of life, so those silly mistakes can be ignored.
As for College if I could, I'd tell myself 'People are toxic beyond your imagination, maintain a distance atleast in mind. Don't think everyone as they are like you and your relationship are actually real. Yeah, having friends is nice but don't believe them blindly.
As for social skills you know you aren’tsuit for that really, yes you can try but don't lose yourself for that. And skill building is important too. So, join clubs but don't think that as a major part of your life, don't dedicate yourself too much. And never ever think Debate Club etc isn't just a club but family. You know those really are just club with ladder climbing benefit searcher members who aren’t suit to be family members.
About love I know you'll feel that you never felt that kinda things for someone. Yeah you liked or thought some girls were pretty too or nice etc but this time she is totally different. Yes that happens and she really is. But please know your limit too. No matter how much nice and kind she is or how much you feel for her. Don't persuade her for a long time. If you do that you won't be able to forget her till death. Just think she is a blessing in your life for just a moment and then try to forget her. That way you can keep your heart safe.
Most important of all be attentive in your studies, just a little would do too like high school. Don't flow with the tide and never forget your passion for reading various books and writing short novels, poems etc even if you think those look silly .-.

Framing me or blaming me for something that I haven't done. I noticed it few days ago, I forgave so many people who had done quite unforgivable things to me to the extent that messed up my life. Even forgave some foes that I hated from the core of my heart. But never ever forgave someone who accused me of something I've never done, no matter how small or silly accusations or who they are!

When a girl rejects, her eyes are cold and her face is emotionless.
They're so scary, you feel like your heart might freeze over
You end up wanting to die.
The only way to deal this rejection is the sheer willpower to live.
The cases of nice girl are total another level thing though.
