Ask @ZLeSeye:

An original way to attract a guy's attention?

Strike up an interesting conversation or do something creative/artistic or even something dealing with the outdoors. Let him see your mind, heart, & spirit (not your body). Remember you are the prize and you should always genuinely be yourself. Take notice of his interests but be careful not to loose yourself for the sake of someone else.

Any advice for love?

Don't use other people's definition of it. Go to The Creator and ask for what you desire & follow those rules for it. Also, make sure you work on you. Many of us want & seek love but we don't always work on ourselves to make sure we are healthy enough to give love properly.
I have found that true healthy love is coupled with a connection to God ...and following God's directions.

Something that you would like to say those who read you? 😊✌

I struggle emotionally at times but I'm trying. If there is anything you struggle with keep trying. Even if you get tired and have to take a break from trying just don't completely quit. Everything is temporary so hurt, pain, & disappointment don't last. They will visit & leave as is the same of happiness, joy, and comfort. As humans we move like water.

What is your type of person you prefer to be your future spouse 🚶

Alhamdulillah. I am married. He is the type of person I wanted. A man who fears & has a relationship with Allah. He is a practicing Muslim man who has time & space for me in his life. When we met we had the same goal - courting (or getting to know each other to see if we would be compatible for marriage). I am glad we both saw each other's worth. He did not waste time nor did he string me along or hurt me. He moved in the way a God-fearing man should when it comes to earning a wife. I am blessed & grateful. MashaaAllah.

Asalaam Malikum Sister Zenaybu I love your headscarves styles but do you ever get told by other sisters that that not the proper way to hijab? I myself wear between turbans and shayla styles and I’m told it’s not proper hijab. If so, how do you respond?

Wa alaykum as Salaam, Sister. I believe that some people may see it as improper but no one has ever directly told me that my turbans are improper. I do have a large amount of hair so it will usually be big on my head. Many people don't realize this and may think that I am stuffing my wraps. But, Allah knows. I do believe that full proper khimar should cover the head, neck, and chest. If I had to respond to someone I'd thank them for the reminder and tell them we are all on a journey and we all have room for growth. And, may Allah guide and have mercy upon all of us.
