I am very sensitive about the people I love and everytime something bad happens between me and them, I can't seem to do anything in life. My whole life turns upside down and my anxiety level gets so high that I feel like I won't be able to breathe anymore :'(

There is a particular name for the kind of relationship you have with each person. And sometimes some people are not suited to the kind of relationship you have with them.
A few months ago, I really began to see clearly who meant what for me. And I am so glad I stopped being manipulated by people and their feelings and just began to see what I want. What I need. And what I deserve. So glad to have some people who I love so very deeply and so glad to have lost people who I shouldn't have been tolerating in the first place❤
