I don’t think I’ve done something to be proud of, YET. I hope the answer changes in a few years.
how do you deal with stress after a bad day?
I clear my mind of stuff my writing. Our mind often tries to mush things up so we end up creating more fictional problems that don’t exist in the first place which leads to more stress/anxiety. Writing sure helps because this way we you know which problems really require your attention and engrossment and which problems are just a by product of your stress.
