felines are known to be intelligent, and dogs are known to have short attention spans but sometimes sprout with weird talents / techniques. if I would say, logically a cat since they knoe that being kept in one place does get annoying, while a dog just adapts to anything/anyone as long as they are pampered. ik it isn't any different for a cat, but this is just my two cents man.
