Why did TA's Welcome to Die Thread get locked???

You realize I am probably the worst one to ask right? I did observe two of Midian's posts deleted and another from someone else. Today, I was busy, so didn't really log in much, so if there was something deleted or a flamewar or something, I dunno. Your guess is as good as mine.

What is your favorite pet’s name?

Probably Tiger. I took in a stray cat for a year. Her name was Tiger. She disappeared a couple months back, I still miss her.

What is your least favorite beverage?

I don't much like hot drinks like coffee or tea. Though I can drink them to be polite, but they are not my favorites.

What;s the difference between cuss and swear?

They pretty much mean the same thing - bad words. Though I always though that swearing had more religious tones to it.

Do you remember your first kiss?

I don't know if it was my first kiss, but I do kinda remember kissing my first girlfriend. I met her at a fraternity / sorority dance, and she was the prettiest girl in the whole room, or so I thought. She later happened to be in the same dormitory as me, so we became close fast. Somehow I got the courage to kiss her, and we became boyfriend - girlfriend.

How long do you wear jeans before changing them?

I most often wear shorts, since it is usually warm in Los Angeles. Jeans, I wear mostly in the winter time. I usually only wear them when I am going out, so they get lightly used. I keep an eye on them to determine when I will wash them, mainly if they look soiled or smell a little. So kinda depends.

Do you download movies?

Not really. I kinda rarely watch movies except at the movie theaters. I don't rent or download or stream movies at all. Once or twice a month, I go to the theater and watch movies. The local theater has movies on Wednesdays for $6, so often I will go on Wednesday evenings.

Whatever happened to Sambobsung?

I am not sure. He was pretty active in the Sandbox irc, then all of a sudden, he kinda disappeared. I hope he is doing ok. Hello Sambo! Where are you man?

What do you like to do on the weekends?

I like to go out with my friends. When I used to be a little younger, I would go to a lot of parties and go dancing at a lot of nightclubs.
Also, I love playing sports and also playing on my ipad. But usually on the weekends, I try to go out as much as possible.

I unlocked the Brain-Mill and the AK-47, now there's nothing to do in Dead Trigger, lol.

Mostly for me nowadays, just go in to play the casino, cause it is fun cause you almost always win!
Only play one quick game a week or so. Love the alien gun though, you don't have? It's the best gun, not performance wise, but man the alien gun is awesome cause it feels like a Terminator gun. If you don't have it, get it, you will like the game even more. Latez.

Out of everyone in the old chatroom, I cherish your friendship the most. Not that I am necessarily the closest with you, but you were my closest friend before the chatroom ever existed.
I will remember all the good times. And I apologize for the way the chatroom ended. Please read my explanation below for more details about it, two questions below this one.
Thanks for always being a friend, and even though we haven't chatted very much, I miss your funny gifs and is it worth a buck posts.

Why are you banned from toucharcade now?

The official reason was:
Disrespect for the mods. Causing way too much work for the mods. Bottom line, too much drama.
I am not quite sure which rule this falls under. Maybe sassing the mods. I thought all my posts individually did not break the rules, but I think the volume and length if my posts just overwhelmed things. So to cool things down, they decided to put me into a long timeout. It's ok, I'll be back soon enough.

when did you buy your HDMI and iCade?

I got my hdmi adapter and 25 foot hdmi cable in November 2012, so seven months ago. Got my icade core joystick about 3 months ago. So though I got a fancy title like Official HDMI Out and iCade Expert, I am actually a newbie in both.
But I am happy that I have gotten the opportunity to work with so many developers and help lead the effort in ios gaming to use an ios device as a console through HDMI TV and wireless joysticks. Just in the last month, I got about 10 developers to go icade, so it is cool that icade is finally taking off.

JBRUU created a new Chatroom on TA. thoughts?

I honestly wish him well. About 5 older members have told me what is going on, and I am surprised to hear some things. Guess now, Saan is the new President and Jbruu is kind of a mod of the new social group. Looks like my favorite mods Cygnetseven and Echosevem are there, so that is probably good so things don't get out of hand.
I hear that I may not be invited, which kinda does sadden me a bit cause the whole chatroom thing was my idea, and I spent over 100 hours working on the toc and other things like asking the mods for more compassion to chatroom rule violations and the such.
But, I wish Jbruu and the social group well. Now there are about 7 different chatroom forums, irc, chatzy, social groups, etc. I wish all if them well. I support all of the projects. One good thing we all have to remember is that we all became friends through the original chatroom. While I wish we could all consolidate into one chatroom organization, the reality is everyone seems to be going in different directions.
But again, I wish everyone well including Jbruu. I will always cherish the great 3 months we all had minus one bad week. The chatroom was under negotiations to close with the mods unknown to all of you, so I apologize if it closed 3 days before it was supposed to, and for some of my actions related to it.
But remember the good times, and you all will be my friends for life, even if you still hatez me! :)

Why does the forum games in TA became dead all of a sudden?

No more chatroom and welcome to die threads. Before the chatroom arrived on TA, the lounge was largely dead. So after the chatroom was deleted, the lounge should revert back to how it used to be, kinda slow and thread focused on ios gaming or close.
The mods told me they preferred the lounge to revert back to this kinda dead state. I respected their decision and was about to close and lock the chatroom thread. So the answer is the mods want it that way. It's not all bad, the chatroom was probably doomed to fail. An ios forum is not a good place to host a social chatroom. Something like Facebook is better.
