I know this is the harsh truth, but if you really loved him, and he's happy? That should make you happy. I learnt this when I fell for my bestfriend like 2 years ago... She's happy so I moved on. I know it seems weird, but the people you really want to be with and probably the people you're best without (relationship-wise) still be bestfriends with him!
Unless he breaks up with his girlfriend then after a few months try talking to him? (if you haven't moved on) try to tell him your feelings, and if he doesn't feel the same way then you can't really do anything! I honestly hope it goes well for you:3
