I registered yesterday and I've been waiting for the email lots of hours already. When I try to resend the authentication email it says there's a failure and I have to contact 'my administrator' ._. Should I just wait?

You should wait till the server is back again honestly. Too many ppl trying to get into the site and the site is crashed, that's why you better wait till the server is back. -ewi

When i tried to check id at smtown.com "Sign up is pending. Please sign in" so. What should i do min? Please help me T^T

Just wait till the server is back:( it's all sue to the high traffic and the server kinda crashed and sm is repairing it rn -ewi

I got that apology screen as well. I keep trying to log in but it doesnt change. Is there anything else I can do ?

My advice, wait for the server to be repaired. Since due the high traffic the server state is not really good too. -ewi

Try to resend the email verification then. But the server is kinda crashed again rn, so you may not receive it immediately -ewi

chingu, I just sign up in membership.smtown.com to get my SMTown account, I already get authentication mail from them and so I click that 'e-mail authentication' pink button in my email, and then I got that 'we apologize' like the picture below, what should I do after that...? thank you :)

It's due to the high traffic. You may click home button or go back button and re-do the log in procedure -ewi

On the email address inbox that you use too register definitely. If you don't receive it yet, that's normal because of the high traffic and the server problem for now-ewi

Maybe because you already have an account before using that email address. Try to remember, maybe you forget it. If you already have smtown acc you just need to log in thru exo-l.smtown.com -ewi
