uhhh, you have to do so many push-ups/ crunches/ cardio. It killed me literally but I loved it. you just have to be so physically fit to actually be able to fight in the ring.

does boxing workout your body differently then dance or gymnastics?
ya. You get a lot more fit/muscular. Gymnastics is kinda the same as boxing just boxing is more intense.
