Get some paper, write all the things you love about yourself, you might not be able to think of any, but I actually think, sometimes I look pretty, I can sing. IGNORE THE HATERS THE BUNCH OF C*NTS, they're worthless, they're so sad with their lifes, they have to make everyone else's life a misery too, they're just sad and they have no life, you're perfect, and please, if you EVER need to talk to me, message me on facebook, or ask me on here, or twitter, but I am here for anyone, no one deserves to have scars, and I hope you have none yourself, because you're perfect, I don't care about your sexual orrientation, your looks, your anything, you're perfect, everyone is in their own way, and you should NEVER think about cutting ever again, gt rid f all the sharp things in your room,

-If you're a girl-
slap some comfy jeans or top on, get a bit of mascara and head out, meet some of your mates, have a girly night, gossip, boys, etc. massages, face masks, anything, laugh, enjoy life, life is amazing, and you should enjoy it.
-If you're a boy-
I'm not sure what boys do as much, but I suggest do to the same but in a male way, go over to your mates, play xbox or something, pig out, and just be like FUCK THIS SHIT :)
Seriously though, you're perfect, and I love you, and i'm always here, listen, you're going to live an amazing life, it's going to be rough, I mean I want to be a singer, and i think that's stupid, but belive me i'm going to get there, remember my name ; Harriet Carter,
