Yes four tribes of 5 seems like a good idea because of adding people from Greece. And really the bad reps thing could be resolved by the second round you choose a player to add to a different team. Like alternate choosing players for you team and another tribe

Well first of all, it is super sketchy that I have Eric tied up. I'm not into that kind of thing.

I really think captains choosing players for allstars would be really interesting because it would show a lot. To make things even more interesting you could have a vote at the start of the game to see who are the captains.

For allstars you should allow the players to chose their tribe. Like have a individual challenge at start to see who are the captains
