Individual immunity - you play a mini-version of BB including HoH comps & veto comps. Every challenge is really short so that you can get through the whole thing in a timely manner.

Would you ever consider doing a season were there are no two tribes just one tribe with individual immunity and possibly half way through the season they pick 2 tribes for 2 votes then go back to one
Maybe. But I feel like a HUGE majority alliance would form right off the bat. I might do something like Dono did, and have 2 votes at the very start of the season without tribes.
