As a Filipino, I have to say the telephone service. To give you an idea, I pay as much monthly for the phone bills as I do for the electricity bills on non-summer months. It's just that expensive.

The one time I was in DC, I practically made sure that I set aside some weekend time for some wandering in the Smithsonian and Natural History Museum... which meant that I thought all of the exhibits were cool in a way.

My favorite female VA will always be Kawasumi Ayako. While people these days know her more for her role as F/SN's Saber, to me she'll always be sweet Akari from the first To Heart.
As for male VAs, I like my men deep and baritone, or at the very least bombastic. So its a threeway between Wakamoto, Nakata, and Rikiya heh.

What's the biggest lie your parents told you growing up?
That I was the eldest child of my father. Turns out he had two other children -- sons -- but that was years before he met and married my mother. Funny how things turned out, as I only learned about this during my 2nd year of high school.
If you could ask any of your shipdaughters anything, who would it be, and what would you ask them?
Well let's see... the Fubuki 4koma, as goofy as it is, also makes it a point that a ship girl was "summoned" from a long "sleep" (see Musashi's introduction). I'd probably ask them how it feels to be embodied as a person/human being rather than simply a seagoing vessel.
Can animation/artstyle/production/voice acting keep you watching a show you would otherwise drop due to the plot/characters?
I don't think being as pretty as a Ghibli or Shinkai film with ever save a series for me, if the characters are simply unlikeable.

Hmm, let's see, if I had the chance, I'd probably like to see the core figures of New Criticism, Modernism (in Literature), and Post-Modernism (again in Literature) come together, if only to see them bounce ideas off each other (or maybe deride each other as charlatans, ahaha).
Out of all the anime seasons you've experienced, which one(s) had the "best" or most memorable selection of shows for you?
Oh gosh, that's kind of hard, as during any given season I follow anywhere from half a dozen to as many as a dozen shows. And at my age, things kind of become all jumbled together.
Now if you were asking about YEARS, then I would say 2007 was memorable for me. Lots of great shows (that I enjoyed) then, like Gurren Lagann, Dennou Coil, Seirei no Moribito...

Not really imaginative. It's what happens when my first name gets added to a shortened version of my last name. The fact that it rhymes with "misery" is just an added bonus.
What made your day today?
Being able to clear almost all of the Daily and Weekly KanColle quests within the day. Admittedly being able to play at the office helped in this regard.
What angers you the most?
As a CS rep, I'd have to say, people who call in and get angry at something they COULD have avoided had they read the instructions provided to them.

Haven't been to Japan yet, sadly, but if I were given a chance to go, I'd PROBABLY first go to the expected tourist traps, then maybe do a casual trip ala Sonico to somewhere more rural, I suppose.

A little belayed, but yeah, I'd love to attend, though it would be kind of embarrassing for me to do so. I mean, what's a writer got to offer to idols anyway?

Never found out. My parents vehemently disallowed pets when me and my sister had kids.

Of all time? The original X-Com (UFO Defense). Endless replayability. Endless ways of screwing yourself over in the most unexpected and hilarious of ways.
