Ahhh, good question. I'm really bad at picking favorites so here's a dump of some series I'm into In no particular order: Yu Yu Hakusho- my FAVORITE shounen. so much childhood nostalgia in this show. If you watch, it has to be the dub! Tiger & Bunny- Superhero action-comedy, sort of like a buddy-cop movie. Feels very western, the writing is snappy. Nichijou- It's cute, innocent, and funny. Also INCREDIBLY well animated. Durarara- I love the interconnected web of characters in this show, they all have such great personalities Index series- dumb action show with harem elements but I love it. Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya- starts off as a normal slice of life, but then it gets...weird. Steins;gate Katekyo Hitman Reborn- the manga toradora Rurouni Kenshin Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei I've got a lot more but this has probably gone on long enough lol
That's a tough one. Youtube, it's just too versatile. It'll fulfill all my educational, entertainment needs. Honorable mentions: wikipedia/wiki sites, twitter
what's the worst anime you've ever seen
(besides all of them)
I try to stay away from bad anime, so I don't think I've seen anything completely awful(unless it's intentional like Boku no Pico lol). One of the most disappointing shows I've seen in recent memory was Samurai Flamenco.SPOILERS It starts out as the anime version of Kickass and is great in terms of pacing, writing for like 10 eps. From there, it goes on a complete tonal tangent. It's so different that you'd think that they were doing it ironically but no, the show plays it super duper straight. Dropped it with like 5 eps to go :(
Despite his lack of powers, Batman is something of a deus ex machina. What he lacks in powers, he more than makes up for with asspull OP gadgets and strategy. He's as strong as the situation needs to be, or rather, as the writers want him to be. That's pretty much why he's able to beat Superman on a consistent basis. Spider-man is cool and all but his powers really aren't all that AMAZING(see what I did there?). To Batman, Spider-man is probably just another garden-variety superhero ready to get his ass handed to him. I think that Batman would be more than well-equipped to deal with him. Fighting prowess aside, Bruce Wayne is the CEO of a multi-million dollar company with infinite resources available to him. He could probably discover Spider-man's true identity in no time at all. He'd then proceed to demolish the Daily Bugle, leaving Peter Parker penniless and on the streets. True story.
Oh man, I've been waiting for this question. I'd say they're both of about equal strength but Goku would probably win since he's a better fighter. Have you seen Superman fight? All that strength, all that speed and he just slugs people or tackles them. Goku, on the other hand, goes nuts with the punches and kicks. I'd also bet money that Superman's laser beams wouldn't be able to hold a candle to a Kamehameha wave. Also, Goku doesn't have any real exploitable weakness like Superman(kryptonite). So yeah, in this battle of space aliens, Goku would give Superman a proper thrashing. Bardock vs. Jor-El though? That's for another day.
I knew that Minazuki was going to be the most played version, so my hipster self chose Sho instead. Plus, I thought that playing as a personaless character might be interesting.
Why didn't you pick a top tier?
Sho is close to top tier :<
What question do you often ask yourself?
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Do you prefer very spicy or non-spicy food?
I used to hate spicy foods when I was younger, now I'm kind of hooked. Got a bottle of habanero sauce that I apply liberally to anything I find too bland.
whats your favorite book?
Hmm, either To Kill a Mockingbird or Forrest Gump. I haven't done this reading thing in a while :P
What makes you really sleepy?
Physics
Why is Makoto your favorite?
Ohoho~ It's about time someone asked this! When I first played P3, I found myself captivated by Makoto's character design, like everything about it just clicked. His posture, demeanor, clothing, etc. Everything about him met my definition of "cool". Seeing as how Makoto is just an avatar of the player, I didn't really have much of an opinion of his "personality" initially. That changed during the ending scenes of P3(avoiding spoilers just in case) when Makoto began to take actions that were out of my hands and those actions really defined him as a character, and an amazing one at that. The P3 movie added even more to his character, giving him a defined personality. Makoto's snarky, stand-offish attitude really won me over. His development from an apathetic shell into a caring friend was really awesome to witness and is sort of synonymous with the gameplay of P3 itself, gathering bonds and such.
