What advice do you have for fixing reading issues? I can only ever see stuff one way, I can't ever work on the problems I have

Reading issues has a lot to do with how well you can read an AR. Like for example, if you are comfortable playing on AR9, it'll be easier for you to "read" each approach circle one at a time however if you have problems for let's say...AR8. Then you'll have to play enough AR8 to get used to "reading a slightly slower approach circle". In a nutshell, once you understand how to read and time whatever approach circle you have issues with, it'll become easier over time.
As a general rule, the lower the AR, the longer you have to focus on one circle at a time. The higher the AR, the faster you have to react to each circle at a time. Eventually, you get to a point where as the AR is so high that you have to sometimes memorizes some sections of the map in other to get a decent score or a pass. Of course, if you stick with playing high AR maps all the time, it'll get easier. Just make sure that if you plan on doing this, always warm up to low AR maps first (AR8 is low enough) and then slowly heading towards that high AR stuff and then stay up there for the rest of your osu! session. Then repeat during your next session. Never ever stick to just one AR all the time.
As for you, i don't know if it is a low AR issue or a high AR issue but whatever the case, I hope this helps you in a way. If not, PM me on my osu profile.

could i get u to give me some tips as to what to do next as i feel like i hit a wall in my progression for the first time in these 4ish months that ive been playing osu? https://osu.ppy.sh/u/7261065

Based on your performances, it seems like you are still improving lol
In your case, just continue playing the way you are playing now. My advice is to improve your accuracy on your recent scores every few days or so just to ensure that you are actually improving while also playing other maps as well. Also, make it a goal to get to 98% overall accuracy by only playing 4-4.5 star maps on OD8. Once you accomplish that goal, the next step is trying to maintain that 98%+ average until it becomes second nature. Be sure to only stick with no mod for a while as well.

How do you deal with the lame haters?

By realizing that you will always have haters no matter what you do. You might as well cherish it.
Now if you have more haters than supporters, then there is something about you that most people don't like (although this could vary depending on where you live). You can easily find out those reasons by simply asking them in a professional matter and listening to them. Then you decide on your own if you want to apply those changes or not. Never be aggressive or become defensive to your haters or you will lose.

Heya, I was wondering if you could evaluate me as a player and could give me any tips on improving? :D https://osu.ppy.sh/u/6975075

I do not evaluate players anymore. I am sorry :)
As for tips for you: Stop playing with mods. Stick with no mod for a few months and practice good accuracy on the lower difficulties first (Normal and Hard mainly). Your performance shows that you are not ready for insane difficulties yet.
Gain better accuracy first with no mod on normal, then move up. Don't try to rush things or else in the long run, you will develop a ton of bad habits and you're going to be wondering why you're not improving. I hope this helps.

The how Could i do for improve acc?

It mainly depends on your skill level however in general, accuracy is all about the finger control, learning how to take advantage of the local offset, and staying consistent with your practice.
Back when I was evaluating players, most players have A LOT of problems with keeping accuracy on low bpm streams but they can accurate other patterns fine. With those people, I tell them to put in more time practicing low bpm long stream maps than you do with other kinds of maps and they always improve if they stick to it.
Now, if you are a player who can get good accuracy on no mod already but you are having problems with getting good accuracy with HR. That means that you have either a reading problem with HR or you haven't practiced higher OD (OD9+) maps enough with no mod. Really the best solution is to just start out with the hard difficulties first with HR mod on and practice that more than you do with anything else. If you can get 98% or higher every time then you should be ready for insane difficulties (4.5-5 star insane difficulties that is, as a starting part for insane) and then you grow from there as long as you stay consistent with it.
Now if you have problems with accuracy in general...that's a whole different story. You will have to first only stick to no mod stuff only (unless if you are a strictly hidden player then just only stick with hidden). Learn how to really read that approach circle and then practice hitting it the moment it touches the corners of the circle. If for some reason, you are not getting 300's from that then that is when you need to adjust your local offset so that every time it touches the edge of the circle, you will always get a 300. Once you got that down, your general accuracy should start improving within a couple weeks or less depending how determined you are. Just remember to play maps that are within your comfort star difficulty zone, make sure to slowly play higher OD maps as your accuracy improves and to NOT play AR10+ maps.

I was waiting like 5 months to reach 2500pp, is there a form so you can evaluate me? If not Np i think you might be very busy. Hope you back soon! ^^ Osu- TheAmuLocko

I no longer do evaluations anymore. If you have any specific question about something you are trying to improve on, I can at least do my best to answer those if you would like!

Hey Hax, I noticed something in my gameplay when playing osu. I realized that my left hand reaction time is alot slower than my right (mouse player btw), because of this, I'm forced to play slower for my right hand. Is there a way for my left hand to pick up the faster pace, or just gotta practice?

All practice. If you stay consistent with your left hand and slowly start playing faster and faster general bpm maps within your skill range, it'll get faster. It will take some time so try not to get discouraged along the way but trust me, it will get faster as long as you are consistent and determined.

How do you usually plan your days when you wake up in the morning?

I plan my days the following night before I head to bed. My typical plans will look something like this:
- Morning Workout: 15 total minutes of jump roping. (15 mins rest time, 15 mins high-intensity jump roping. I do one minute of jump roping as fast as I can, one minute of rest, and then repeat until 30 minutes is up. PS: This is just one of the three types of workout I would do in the morning.)
- Eat Breakfast (This is the most common but sometimes, I go out for breakfast if a friend or my girlfriend wants to meet up at some place (it's usually ihop or starbucks however after a while, we get tired of those places and we end up going somewhere different and it is usually a bit fancier.)
Note: Yes, between workout and breakfast, I do take a shower. I just never add that to my whiteboard because that's just common sense. Also, usually while I am eating, I am checking my email automatically as well for anything important however, I also do not write this down either. It became a habit a month and a half after I quit playing osu! competitively and greatly reducing the amount of additional things that took up a lot of my time that are not a priority at all (like players evaluations just to name a few).
- Go to work. (Alright, I know what you're thinking: "Wait...what? Shouldn't this also be an automatic thing too? Why are you even writing this down?" Allow me to explain. I have two jobs:
1. Contract job where I work 3 times a week for this company (Mon/Wed/Thurs)
2. My business that I work the rest of the other days on (Tues/Fri/Sat)
Now of course, my business days would vary depending on special circumstances but I try to keep it as consistent as I possibly can. For example, sometimes I might not work on Saturday or Sunday because a family member or a friend had something planned for those days (or sometimes, I just want to chill at my house with some buddies) and I'll rather not miss it for the world unless if absolutely have to work. Anyway, I leave it there just so I can look at it and think about want I am more hungry for: Freedom? or Forced to work a 9-5?
- Evening workout: (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun/Tues/Thurs/Sat...and repeat.
Now, I hate spending a lot of time at the gym so I only focus on only full body workouts. Usually, I'd ride my bike to the gym, do at least 3-4 different kinds of workouts (4 sets of 8 with heavy weights) and then i'd ride my bike home)
Once I am home, I go straight to the kitchen to see if I need to cook something or if my girlfriend left a note for me to run errands or something else really. After that, I check my whiteboard for any additional stuff. If there is nothing else, I am basically free for the rest of the day. Sometimes I feel like working on my business some more, sometimes I'm on Netflix or on Youtube, sometimes I'll check on discord, etc. Basically, I do what I feel like doing during that free time.
- Erase and plan for tomorrow after everything checks out (Yes, I do write this)
That's about it!
