Focus on your edit first, then your fx.
Because if you dont have strong material to work with, adding fx will only make the video worst, so yeah edit, synch, music/video, then the rest.

Ah thanks for your kind words, but its part of the game, when you'r judge we cant all agree on rankings especially, so im used to it and i dont mind, no worries)
It is allways a pleasure for us to have so many people edit in our contest proves that amvs are far from dead and i hope it will keep this way, through time 😊

Participant, because you only have 3 days of work + it makes me release a vid which is something i guess..
Yet coordinating is cool too seing so many people taking part in the contest is nice and we try each year to bring new features!

I had so many awesome comments, since i started editing but i have to say, the best i've received was the ones i get live at Japan Expo from the viewers it's rly cool to meet in person the people and get these returns makes me want to edit more.
Some people sended videos of FYC broadcasted in big cinema rooms the audiance applauding was also something memorable for me/
