It's totally okay, always here if you need advice : ) it'll take you time to feel comfortable with wearing short sleeves, but if that's what you want, do it!! Who cares about what they think!

Everyone else asks you stuff about friends. Youve even got weird sexually explicit quetions that you answer. Just because you feel guilty or just dont want other people to realise how youve just ditched your other friends now your youtuber is back on the scene. Is friendship even important to you?

Try to think positive and take everyday as it comes. Every morning remind yourself that you're strong and you can get through the day. If you harm yourself that day, try again tomorrow, it's okay. At some point in your day/ week, take time to reflect on all the positives of the week/ day, and see what you did well, and what maybe you could work on next week. Recovery takes time, but it DOED get better and easier. If you feel you need support, don't be afraid to go to your GP and ask, it's okay to ask for help. Stay strong and rennet you can do this, I promise. If you have any specific questions, ask away : ) xo
