As a dancer gets older, is it normal for them to lose general flexibility and height in their leaps? I'm not a dancer, but that has been one observation that I have. To use Chloe as an example, her other technical areas have improved greatly, but her jumps and leaps aren't as high or flexible.
Yes it just means you have to work harder to gain that flexibility back because Often during puberty the bones grow faster than the tendons and ligaments, losing flexibility and opening the way for injury and pain.
This might be kind of a dumb question but why do the girls always go to Virginia? It seems like a lot episodes Abby's like we're traveling to Woodbridge Virginia?
I can't answer that because I have no clue lol but they have planned "smaller" comps that they go to for the show because the bigger comps like starpower WCDE hall of fame DEA DMP ECT don't allow filming at their comps
Can you please tell me how dancers can remember choreography or combos faster? I have problem with learning quickly
Mark it when your instructor starts showing you the choreography it that way when they break it down you can pick up little parts you missed and sometimes listening to the song and associate lyrics with choreography helps you remember it just takes time you will get it eventually :)
I wish people would stop hating nia based on the color of her skin! Yes I'm saying it because it's true I've been in this fandom for 3 years and to see fans purposely crop her out of group pics is just sad. I'm a nia fan because I judge people on their character not their skin color
People are people and shouldn't be treated differently based off of their skin color but sadly they are Nia is beautiful and such a sweet girl
