hello! i wanna get a makeover for high school? what should i do? head to toe.

hey! changing yourself head to toe may not be the most sensible idea, why not slowly try out different styles and find out what is most YOU? :)
check out tumblr or pinterest for different styles of clothing, hair cuts and colours, personality traits, etc. however, be careful not to become too obsessed with anything and forget to focus on yourself!
i'm all for change and mixing it up a little, in fact i think a little improvement and aim to look better is a GREAT idea just to live a little free-er, but it's important not to lose yourself behind all the judgements. not everyone will love your look, but the only person whose opinion should count is your own sweetheart x

Over the past 11 weeks i have been eating healthy (i still eat some unhealthy foods) and excersizing regurarly (10 - 20 k on excersize bike pernight) but My mum thinks im making myself through up and are being unhealthy. I'm 168cm and around 57.7 kilos (ive lost 5ish kilos). Please help me, thanks x

if you're not being unhealthy, eating the recommended daily intake for someone of your age and size you're not in the wrong! explain to you mum that you've decided to live healthier, nothing wrong with that, and that you are NOT suffering with an eating disorder.
tell your mum your goal weight and be willing to compromise, make sure she's comfortable! and other than that, congratulations for having the will power to do what most of us wish we could! 11 weeks is a long time, good work!

how could i dye my hair the colour in your photo?its beautiful x

print off the photo, take it into your local hairdressers and show them the colour you like! this way it is done by a professional but they know exactly what you want! x

I actually hate my nose, are there any ways to make it smaller? Mines really big :/

firstly, let me just say, we are our own biggest critics, and in all honesty you probably do NOT have a big nose but you just have focussed on it so much and so often that you believe it's a huge problem. you shouldn't ever hate anything about yourself, embrace being unique, find other things that you prefer about yourself, your eyes? your body? find other things that make you beautiful and rather than focusing on the negative of your nose, remember your lovely hair, your pretty eyes etc.
in terms of fixing your nose, i do not suggest plastic surgery or anything down that route, you're probably young and most people grow into large facial features, so give it time and in the mean time here are a few tips:
contouring can be used to add definition and i think checking out youtube is a great place to start with all that stuff!! also having nice eye makeup to show off your eyes can draw attention away from your nose altogether, the same can be said for a nice dress or funky nails. :)
check out this link too sweetie: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Big-Nose-Look-Smaller
many incredibly gorgeous and successful people have large noses, and i doubt it bothers the beautiful swimmer/model Stephanie Rice! don't stress about the little things and focus on your positives!
and think about it, would you not be friends with a person if they had a large nose? do you care about the people you loves flaws? not at all, and chances are people dont even notice your nose but the nice personality behind it!

Do you use false eyelashes? If so what types?

i dont actually, sorry, i'm blessed with relatively full thick eyelashes and so i don't need to put in fakes but use a few coats of mascara!! howeverrr, i do promote the use of any cruelty free fake eyelashes, that do not contain animal products or endorse animal testing!! check out some vegan sites for makeup and there should be some brands and products for you.
my eyelashes naturally if you were interested..
Do you use false eyelashes If so what types

im quite proud of myself because in the last 7 days i've been exercising and my stomach has gone only a little slimmer and my legs have gone kinda skinny :') have you got any tips so i can lose more weight? x

firstly, congratulations!! any achievement is important and i'm so proud of you!
eating healthy and exercise are the best ways to lose weight, but check down my wall for anything that might interest you xx

I have shoulder length very thin hair and i want to get it cut / re styled, nothing too drastic or dye or oerm but idk what 2 do help xx

have a look at your favourite celebrities, and check out what they've done recently!
dark hair with lighter highlights, and vice versa are really big at the moment and suit any hair type! if you were up for cutting your hair maybe consider layers to add a bit of volume to your thin hair?
goodluck xx

How do you loose weight,i really want a thigh gap but i don't know how..? can you help?x

thigh gaps are actually only to do with genetics, and more importantly the width of your hips. thigh gaps are not that important, no more so that large breasts, and i advise you to focus on what you HAVE got, not what you're missing!!
to lose weight in general i have lots of stuff all down my wall, but i can honestly suggest working out, specific exercises for your thighs, butt and abdomen, along with cutting down on meats and processed junk food, switching your diet and including a little exercise into your day will do you wonders!

your hair is so pretty! do you have any advice on how you grew it so long? I know it probably took a really long time and there's no way to speed the growth up but any tips would help and be appreciated :)

thankyou so much! <33
i didn't cut it i guess! i honestly do think that my diet has helped it grow long and it is a proven fact that the oils in fish can improve hair quality and length! eggs, nuts, beans and fruits also provide the hair with necessary nutrients for optimum growth.
the best way to grow hair and something that works for me, is not using heat on my hair, at all, not even a hairdryer! i allow my hair to dry naturally, meaning the weight of the hair lengthens it more and it is a more healthy method of drying hair!
coconut oil hair masks are so good as well! check out this link: http://ask.fm/fashionfilth/answer/51345354294
also i'd have a read of this article! :)

how do you pluck your eyebrows, all my friends have perfect eyebrows and i always used to get bullied because of my eyebrows ://

bullying someone due to their appearance is wrong, you seem lovely, so chin up and remember you'll get farther in life because you're the strong one!
to be completely honest eyebrows ARE difficult to control depending on your genetic make up and if you're worried about messing your eyebrows up (plucking them too thinly / wonky etc.) i would suggest you visit a professional beauty salon because after the first wax it's relatively easy to pluck the strays and keep it all neat!
otherwise i've posted lots of tips down my wall with my personal advice and you could check out google! :) xx

Who or what made you smile today?

first day back at school meant getting to see all my friends and learn about their summers etc.

do you think girls should shave their legs or is it up to them? I rarely shave mine :/

i honestly don't think it matters one bit! your body your decisions x

u in to leather jackets

i believe animals deserve rights and putting them through a brutal painful death in the name of fashion, whether it be fur or leather etc. or for meat, is all incredibly wrong.
leather is absolutely vile and if you knew the facts you'd understand why.
workers were breaking cows’ tails off and rubbing chili peppers in their eyes in order to get the cows to stand up and continue walking towards the slaughter houses. many animals barely get there alive, but unfortunately, the workers do not even wait to skin them before they are killed. often, the cows are skinned alive and then left to die. also, pigs, goats, sheep and other exotic animals, such as alligators, kangaroos, koalas and snakes are also used for leather. and they aren’t treated any better.
it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell what animal your leather has come from.
read a little about the cruelty of leather in india (where cows are of equal value to a god)
http://www.animalliberationfront.com/Practical/FactoryFarm/Cows/Cruel-Leather-India.htm
you think it improves in western countries? how wrong you are - take a look at the cruelty of the us when it comes to the leather industry
http://liberationbc.org/issues/leather
my point is, just because something is so widely used does NOT make it right. when black people were widely treated as inferior to white, and forced to be slaves, was that right? if you answer no, then ask yourself why an animals life is inferior to our own.

no spot treatments are working!!! help :( and what do you think the best face-wash is?X

not everything works for everyone, but it's important to remember that most sport treatments need to be repeated as a daily routine, theres no miracle facewash/cream that will eliminate spots in minutes.
best cream - freederm and best fash wash - http://voices.yahoo.com/4-vegan-friendly-face-washes-home-11715860.html
and http://www.veganhousewives.com/diy-coconut-oil-face-wash/
they're simple and easy to make at home, costing you next to nothing! :)

I got my ears pierced yesterday, it didnt hurt that much, I was wondering do i have to keep the earring on for 6 weeks and how do I take it off?:)

wow! congratulations, your first piercing is always memorable (or it was for me!) i'm glad it didn't hurt that much, they generally don't!
DEFINITELY keep those earrings in as long as possible! taking it out too soon leaves skin half closed and you run the risk of infection in the long run! if you were given any healing sprays or alcohol i suggest you use it because infected ears are seriously not fun. :/
there are many ways to take the earrings out and the problem with leaving them in for the healing to be 100% affective means they get quite stuck tight, this is not the biggest of problems, i mean slowly easing it out still works but there are much easier ways!
the bobby pin method is quick and completely painless - check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_RQZKZNpXIfashionfilth’s Video 62496028726 R_RQZKZNpXIfashionfilth’s Video 62496028726 R_RQZKZNpXI
also most piercing places with decent reputations will happily remove them for you 6 -8 weeks later! goodluck xx

Hi:) I'm 13 years old and I had chicken pox when I was 3. I didn't know that I should not scratch my face then as I was a young girl. But when I scratched, I accidentally peeled some skin on my face. Do you know how to treat chicken pox scars? Thank you! Xx

believe it or not i completely understand how these might cause you to be a little insecure! my sister has one on her forehead and from time to time it bothers her too.
but don't worry she's been seeing real improvements in her scar and so can you in yours!
firstly have a read of this site: http://awampk.com/home-remedies-to-reduce-chicken-pox-scars/
websites can give expert opinions whereas i can only speak from my own experiences!
removing dead skin is a process called exfoliation and can be done at home with the use of an acidic agent and an abrasive. this acidic agent should ideally be a solution of salicylic acid but you could also use lemon juice that is freshly squeezed. apply the salicylic acid or the lemon juice to your face and wait for a minute before applying the abrasive to your face. the abrasive should be a medium that causes a mild sandpapering effect. this is best achieved using sugar or salt. after the exfoliation, apply some moisturizer to the area so your skin does not dry out.
also consider buying a product like bio oil that aids the natural healing of scars. alongside this, time and patience will help to allow the skin to fill out and the scar itself to fade.
coconut oil’s ability to nourish and heal the skin and its wonderful moisturizing and healing powers have been known for generations. as a saturated fat consisting primarily of medium chain fatty acids (MCTs), it is not easily oxidized and does not cause harmful free radical damage like polyunsaturated vegetable oils.
aloe vera juice not only soothes inflamed skin it is a fantastic way to remove scars, boost the immune system and regenerate damaged tissue. aloe vera has acerbic qualities that ensures, with regular usage, that acne breakouts or scars would be easily prevented resulting in a softer skin, decreased swelling and invigorating new cell growth and thereby reduced acne scars which eventually fade over time.
carrot juice is very rich in nutrients that help our skin such as potassium, which prevents skin dryness and reduces blemishes and scars and maintain our skin well-hydrated. It has anti-inflammatory property, and helps to revitalize and tone the skin. drinking the juice regularly will keep your skin moisturized, smooth, soft and supple. It is also packed with antioxidants that prevent skin problems like eczema, dermatitis, wrinkles and even rashes.
also asparagus and certain herbs renew your natural skin moisture and youthfulness! goodluck sweetheart! xx

if you have red blemishes left from spots and you don't want to have to have make up on all the time to try and cover them what would you recommend if you could please could you try and keep it to things you can in shops in England thanks x

well i live in england most of the time so i can definitely do that!
i'm a little unsure what the red blemishes are, are they skin that regrowing? in which case a good FACE moisturiser to soften the skin while it heals naturally is all you really need. however be use it is for face as it can bee too strong otherwise! also look out for organic and cruelty free moisturisers like:
and - http://ichoosewhatiuse.co.uk/?gclid=CKK_j828i7kCFRMRtAodKFsAow
also an AMAZING (for me) product i've been using this summer and is available in boots and i'm sure probably many other stores is 'freederm' it is so good at clearing up pimples and in 3 hours is can remove most of the redness and begin healing. its ridiculously good, and worked very well for me.
also heres some other ways to get rid of the red blemishes:
sunscreen! natural organic sunscreens contains tons of moisturiser and if you're looking for something a little more than just moisturiser then buy sunscreen! it's generally cheaper too, so worth a try!
if you want to speed up the fading of your hyperpigmentation, it is extra important to use sunscreen consistently. sunscreen not only prevents sun damage, it helps prevent existing acne macules and other dark spots from getting even darker.
exfoliation is a brilliant way to get a new soft layer of clear skin! be aware there may be a small chance of some irritation on your skin for the first day or so but it will should work well! you can either buy cheap and cruelty free exfoliators like those available from the body shop!
aside from exfoliating to help skin renew itself faster, you can attack those dark spots with skin lighteners such as kojic acid, licorice extract, arbutin, mulberry extract, and vitamin C and E. lemons (weird i know) have a highly acidic agent that too will clear and lighten the skin of the red blemish. check this out: http://www.wikihow.com/Use-a-Lemon-to-Lighten-Your-Skin
end of the day the best thing to have is patience! in time your face will heal, and sometimes all you can do it wait it out. there are operations if you are desperate to have them removed now, but keep in mind operations come with their own sets of risks! laser treatments etc. can be dangerous so do consider the other options above!

Just wondering how girls should shave down below, like tips and advice for beginners?x

firstly i would like to tell all girls, you do NOT have to shave down below if you're comfortable with hair there! it's a CHOICE and you should never be pressured into anything you don't like.
but if you have made that decision yourself shaving is a good option, it's not the best for those with sensitive skin and rashes can be very itchy and even painful so being cautious is a good idea.
please read this page for more experienced info: http://hairremoval.about.com/od/shaving/ht/shaving-pubic.htm
there is SO much advice out there and you shouldn't be afraid to google these things! however i can explain that you should always first go in the same direction of hair growth and then in opposite direction, otherwise you can damage your skin and get rashes a lot more easily!
http://www.wikihow.com/Shave-Your-Pubic-Hair - also a good article!
i can only advise you to get a fresh NEW blade that is yours alone (very important!!) and always use plenty of cream/soap/bubbles! only go in the areas you can see clearly and utilise a mirror if you need it! :)

I've always wanted a thigh gap, i was wondering are thigh gaps healthy and necessary? x

thigh gaps are really a genetic thing and if you've got the wrong body type it's incredibly difficult to obtain!
they are neither healthy or unhealthy, it's like knobbly knees or large breasts, it all has it's pros and cons.
thigh gaps have gotten so popular now and everyone wants one, but it is in no way the only beauty. so many other things are beautiful, and don't focus on what you don't have, focus on what you DO have!
you may not have a thigh gap but you probably have a million other much more important things that lots of people want to have just as much!
but if you DO have wide-set hips and a relatively fast metabolism there are some great exercises that can get you a thigh gap! if you're strict with yourself and keep to a healthy diet you can also improve your legs and just by simply doing these exercises you'll be getting more toned thighs and possibly a thigh gap!
pop pilates on youtube have a thigh gap work out video that you can check out! so maybe have a look at that haha and i have this photo for you :)
good luck! xx
