When i burnt myself with a glue gun, and the person went out of his way to run to the nurses office to get ice for me, even though i said he did not have to.

Do you have any advice for someone who doesn't sleep well?
If you can't sleep or you aren't to sleep through the night. Just use that time wisely and try to be productive.
You need sleep though, so to be able to fall asleep, try turning off the lights and close your eyes. Don't think of anything else but relax. Sometimes I can't fall asleep, it is cuz i have alot of stress in mind. So many thoughts, so many things to do. At night, try to forget that and just relax, so you will be ready to take it on the next day

What advice would you give to someone who is depressed?
I say try looking at the world in a positive view. Ignore all the negatives that hit your face, and smile at all the positives. Most of the time it is easier said than done, but honestly, it is hard to go far with just being depressed. Move on and make each day a little better than yesterday. There will be days that you will suffer physically and mentally, but that is how life is. You really just have to deal with it and learn how to cope with it.
