Yup, in information system, when u start learning english, in a primary school or start in intermediate
No ,, I've started learning English in a previous level of primary it's called '' Rawda '' .... haha I don't know what does it mean in English !!

To improve your english , you ought to develop your skills in three parts of English '' listening，speaking and writing ''
First : You can improve your listening skills by listening to ''lyrics songs '' you can write on YouTube any name of your best english song and in the end of it's name write '' lyrics '' that mean you can listen to the song and read it's word in the same time ....
Second : To improve your writing skills , you must save the meaning of any new word you have seen and write it more than once and try to be able to write it as an accurate form . save and save and save .. you will find yourself able to make a sentence alone ..
Third : There are two forms of English spoken there are American and British , ther are not big difference between there but you shoud choose which you would learn .. American or British ...To improve your speaking skills you must listen to language owners .. from YouTube , write '' British speaking or American speaking '' .
The grammar is not very important in speaking say as you like , say any thing ...
