Hey Pickles. Do you like Rap ?

Yes. I can't really list any that have changed my life - I haven't been listening for that long, but it helps to be open to things you don't yet know. It's more than "to the window, to the wall" if you look hard enough: anything very personal to the artist, I like, because it takes a lot of courage to say what you feel no matter what medium or even what it is.

Do you love the World you live in?

I live in a magical shiny world of newspaper taxis and semolina pilchards, and funny far-away and up-close people, long walks and fairy unicorns, swirling around in whipped-cream clouds and having veggie-friendly sandwiches at cafes. And whether I'm having my big epic adventure sagas in dreams or my daily adventures awake, love and peace are what I try to base it all on to survive.
And occasionally that bubble is burst by school, projects not of my choosing, and not having so much money or a ways to get around to far-off places. But on the whole, I'm very lucky for everything around me, and most of all for the people I get to stand in the shadow of.

I don't know if they're technically "tame", but I would love swimming with dolphins. And also, on a smaller scale, going to an animal shelter and letting puppies jump all over me.

How are you,girl ?

FIne, thank you. Sorry I didn't reply to your questions earlier, but my mini-holiday break ended this week and I'm back at school for +8 hours every day. And times zones and all besides. I hope you still get a chance to read these, and I'll answer them all right now.

Have you ever been in love?

I can't remember a time when I wasn't. Actually, I can, my first memory when I was one being spoon-fed baby mush, but aside from that my earliest memories are falling in love with David Tennant at 3 (somehow got hold of a rerun of Takin' Over the Asylum), getting "married" in kindergarten to my Russian exchange student "boyfriend" (long cutesy story there, but I'm short on time), and plenty of other haps. I just love love and I love people, so what's not to love?

What do you like/love about each Beatle?

Coldplaykid’s Profile PhotoAlycia
Paul - He's dedicated to his music - whether writing for jazz bands, classic rock, or the latest "teenybopper" hit - but that doesn't mean he doesn't have time to have fun with life. He's happy and smiley, sweet and caring, and just all around lovely to watch (and to be around, I imagine, which is why it'd be awesome beyond belief to meet him). And he's gorgeous in every picture and never ages, obviously; that's a universal fact.

(Just putting this on here; found it yesterday and couldn't stop smiling)
George - I didn't know as much about him as the others, with the whole "quiet Beatle" persona. But I got to see he was a very nice, humble, smart, honest guy from the interviews I watched later on. And even though I'm not a spiritual person, I'm really glad he found his own way of peace and love and healing through religion..."My Sweet Lord" and the others from his solo career are all great.
Ringo - Tons of fun, loves his music, loves the people he gets to jam with in concerts, and acts like a big happy kid most of the time. But he can also be the voice of reason to perfectly sum things up and "tell it like it is", without ever hurting anyone, and a lot of great sayings he came up with during the 60's made it into Beatles songs ("Eight days a week" and "A hard day's night", for two big examples).
John - Had a lot of stages and trial and error through his life to get him to the point where he was the most relaxed, easygoing, and forgiving with his life, and was able to have fun with the music (anything late 70's - 1980 that he sang, I can picture him smiling). But whether people know him first as "the peace-and-love guy" or as the press-rattling Beatle, I think it's great he was free and open with people the whole time. Even if people don't agree with everything he says, during an interview from such-and-such a bad year or just in general, they'd still have to admit he was interesting to listen to.
And yeah, overall these are the four guys that contributed a lot to what I am. It's why I don't take it as personally if people say they don't like the Beatles - they'd still have to admit the four of them (separate or together) were great guys.

If you could invent one thing to make your everyday life easier, what would it be?

The "That Was Easy" button from the commercials for Staples they used to have. And not just the desk toy one they made, but an ACTUAL thing. Wouldn't it be great?
I mean, of course you've got to work for SOME things in order for it to count, but what about everything I'm missing right now due to money and tests and all that crap? Free guitar lessons, a license, a job, a trip to Stratford...*BAM!* "That was easy." Why not? It's nice to dream. :)

If you could get a trophy for anything what would it be? (When I say anything I mean anything, it could be most hours spent on Tumblr if you really want.)

Quickest (and for-the-better-est) personality change in the past 5 years.
I'm much more at peace, less of a worried angry twit. Have had my bad moments, but I'm trying less and less to succumb to the "nerves" excuse and instead try to have a bit more confidence and a lot more fun whenever I can.

If you had the option to be invisible, what would you do?

Well, I've had some practice at it, being oft ignored in my youth when I wasn't being picked on. But anyhow, if I were TRULY invisible? I wouldn't steal from banks or anything, but I could sneak into places I normally wouldn't be able to afford going into properly, like rock concerts or Shakespeare plays. Or just onto a plane in general to anywhere, though I'd have to sit somewhere private to make sure nobody sat on me.

Do you really like pickles? -Chelsea! Wentz

On their own, not really. They're a bit sour then. But I love them on other things - veggieburgers, used to love the relish on hot dogs before I turned vegetarian. They're better when there's other things, tastes and flavors to balance them out - kind of like me!

Are you mad at me for the drama going on Y!A tonight?

No. I'm just mad at the whole situation in general...one person gets mad and then one way or another, everyone spirals it downwards and out of control. I hate seeing people I consider my friends argue, but at the same time, I can't keep dealing with this. I can say "peace, peace" and only hope people'll listen, but it's most likely in a frenzy like this, they won't. I avoid the site whenever trouble brews up that I can't slam the pot on, but all the same it feels like it's happening every time I log on now.
So no, it's not your fault. And everyone else might think me a big whiner baby for leaving...but all I'm saying is I'm leaving now. In a huff, sure, but nothing's set in stone. This is just a one-way ticket aboard a whole railroad system, a vacation from the known, and I'll try to enjoy the ride while not looking back...and to try and avoid sounding like Superman here; if people need me again, I'll be there.

Leaving the Website? WTF?!

For now, anyways, yes. Or at least, I'm not answering questions anymore (as you probably already guessed). For the people who have sent me questions in the past couple months, I'm sorry, though I assume you sent them out to everyone in general.
For the rare couple users who sent me HUNDREDS of questions - won't say your names but, jesus - I didn't notice them until I logged back in just now to type this. I really advise you to give up the ghost; my real life has taken over and I'm honestly just not worth pursuing.
So thank you! Unless I use this again for whatever reason in future, because I can't predict it, I'm calling it a day. Thank you so much, whoever's still with me, and hopefully your lives go beyond this as well. This is a good tool for happy memories, used right, and I'll enjoy looking back on all your good questions and remember the fun times.

What does it mean when a girl smiles at a boy?

It's a person smiling at another person. It can mean anything, but it's usually meant to say "Hello." and be nice and friendly as opposed to stony-faced and cold.

http://www.blogthings.com/thelovetest/ What result did you get on this test? It is a quick short one.

AuroraCatLady’s Profile PhotoAuroraCatLady
"For you, love is something you're fiery about. You never hide your love or your true passion for anyone.
You don't put limits or expectations on love. You just follow your heart, even if it leads you to surprising places. You can't predict or even explain why you love who you do. You just feel it come on all at once, very strongly. You are open about your affections, and you don't take it personally if they aren't returned. You know that love can't be controlled."
Fair enough that most of that's true, but how would it get all that from two zebras? I actually thought it would be more about companionship and reliance on each other - the two zebras leaned on each other for support, while the rest (though they're fine) just showed off cutesy hearts in different places. But oh well, I'm sure all the options have something nice to say, and I just chose the one I had the best feeling about, anyway.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

Hopefully rooted deep in Chicago. Or, even better, moving beyond it throughout the country and beyond, traveling wherever the main acting projects take me. So working there, having a ball, and also playing D&D, guitar (having learned it when I got out there), and seeing movies and hanging out with friends in much bigger venues. That's what I'm hoping for, once I'm free, but primarily I just want to work and get my highs from that.

What are 15 facts about you?

1. I was originally born a redhead baby. I don't just mean the blood. It was only after a while
that it started to turn blonde in my kidhood, and as I grew older, more brown. So the reason I have
no preference for hair color in people is probably because I've run the gamut myself.
2. I came out (the womb, not the closet - continuing the theme here) four days early - I was set to
arrive on both my mother's and uncle's birthday, but I already knew at that pre-age stage that it
would have been a ploy to skimp me out of presents and ice cream. Nuh uh, this baby needs her sugar
rush NOW.
3. I was born smiling. There's photo evidence for this, the only cool photo of me out there.
4. My favorite toy was dominos. All the other kids pushed me out of the way for the 'cooler' toys,
but I stuck with the dominos and eventually learned to build pretty much anything out of them.
5. My favorite thing to do was watch cartoons, and my all-time favorite cartoon of the lot was
Animaniacs. It was the smartest show on television in the 90's, for sure. And it says something
that to this day, I and many other wonderful people still absolutely love it.
6. My first ever crush on anybody was David Tennant (in the miniseries Takin' Over the Asylum). I
was 3. Like it says in Annie Hall, I never had a latency period.
7. My first ever kiddy sweetheart was a Russian exchange student named Vladimir; both of us were
around 5. We shared Twinkies at lunch, played out epic sagas with dinosaurs, and every other moment
of the day were holding hands.
8. I made up only one permanent imaginary friend for myself; a wild and lovely lunatic named Teddy
who always joined me on my make-believe adventures. He was a combination of every adult male actor
I'd ever had a crush on to that point, and to my credit, he's still pretty d*mn adorable when I
look back. I was sad that the other girls couldn't see him with me and be jealous.
9. My first REAL crush (aka when I moved out to middle school and decided to 'grow up') was on a
boy in my acting class. I was so shy I didn't talk to him for two years, and it took me 4 years in
general to get over pining for him. I also later found out, to my massive shock, that he looks
EXACTLY like young Jerry Lewis. Photo links below, I'm not kidding.

10. Peace
11. I like cereal
12. Love
13. I like chocolate milk
14. My laugh gave up being the craziest after realizing it couldn't top Ricky Gervais.
15. I talk a LOT. I hope I'll have more space in the next Q for more.

You have to Marry, hug, throw into a vat of tomato sauce, and make a tuna sandwich for each one of your friends on here. Pick them? >:)

So, out of Coldplay Kid, Aurora, Jack, and Sidney...good thing the option's aren't their usual ones, or I'd quickly be out of friends.
I'd hug Sidney first, because that means either they've come here to the States from Brazil, or me vice-versa, which would be an awesome trip in itself with then a cool payoff. I'd throw Aurora in tomato sauce, because this sounds like something she'd ask (if she didn't already - hint hint), and so I don't think she'd mind getting a little soaked for creative vision.
Tuna sandwich for Coldplay Kid - not sure if she's vegetarian, so that might be tricky. And I am as well, even trickier. But I do make a mean cup of Earl Grey tea even though I hate drinking them, so who's to say I couldn't make a good fish? And I'd marry Jack, under the condition that we get equal time on all of his game consoles, and that he wouldn't judge (though I don't think he would, anyway) if I did something incredibly stupid my first runthrough.

One night stand, marry or kill - Harry Styles, Bono, Lady Gaga?

Coldplaykid’s Profile PhotoAlycia
This one's a little harder - I don't really want to marry or kill any of them. Lady Gaga I'd be all right with marrying, sure, but I'd get the full wrath of the fans who wanted the opportunity first and I can't be dealing with any conflict. So one-night-stand her, but I'd treat her like a queen.
And I actually had to look up Harry Styles before answering, that is how out of date with the world I am. He looks all right - I don't know much about him personally, or even if we'd get along fine, but I'd rather marry him than Bono. Though then again, more wrath, and from what I know of the Beatles those teenage girls can be vicious.
Nobody'll care much if I marry Bono, but I don't really want to. Okay, final verdict: marry Harry, but keep it an open relationship - that way I can still see Tom and the fangirls can still be appeased. And as for the Tom fangirls' wrath...eh, screw 'em, that one I'm willing to risk.

What is your zodiac sign?

I always answer this like I'm at an AA meeting: "Hello, I'm a Taurus, and I don't believe in astrology." That's not to say I never gave it a chance, but it got too "You will meet a tall, dark stranger" levels of ludicrous in the end. I have met plenty of tall, dark strangers, actually, but they were usually found in Detroit alleyways peddling monkey organs.
Why don't the bloody horoscopes ever say "You will meet a man of irrelevant size, ethnicity, and build, who will be involved in the entertainment industry in some form, and who will be sweet and lovely and stupidly talented and gorgeous and loads of fun to listen to and be around...but who you'll never hit it off with, so you'll just have to be content with them existing."? That sums up most of the strangers I fall for in my life. But oh well. Let's not be wishy-washy and vitriolic in the same breath.
By the way, a Murray Krimbo and a Vari Hari Krishna to all! (With a Beatle-y treat below)
