Oh I thought so! xD In informal way, you can say just "친구 하자" :)
If you want to say it in formal, it's "친구 해요" or "친구 할래요?"
Second one I suggested is more like "Do you want to be friends?"

Why most fanartists doesn't like people reposting their art even with the credits ? (of course I respect their choice I just don't really get it :3) (sorry for the bad English :( )

I think it's because of the copyrights and all... because there are many cases where people repost and use artist's work to make personal benefits. But it is the aritst's choice of course :) I personally don't mind someone reposting my works as long as they ask me for permission before hand. but I surely won't be happy to find someone making benefits using my works without my permission ;w;

how did you learn how to draw? self taught?

Hi! I cannot say that I'm totally self taught in art..! But with the manga drawing, I did practice myself with some help from human anatomy books and tutorials online etc :D I did go to an art school to prepare my portfolio for uni though xD
