I'm currently in the process of transcribing To Porter With Love for Violin and Guitar. I hope to one day perform it for my Recital for university. I would like to have Bass and Drum as well. Is there anyway you can help out?

can't help with drums and bass but we released the sheet music through Sheet Happens if you want to see the guitar music. good luck with the recital

Tim I just got Guitar Pro, and I cannot get the RSE soundbanks to work. Any help? I think I have the right drivers set up, but it's being dumb and I'm stuck.

Hmmm try click in the top left corner on the gp icon and that will launch the updater. Or you can access that from a drop down menu under help I think? If you don't have the RSE banks installed it will do it for you I believe

Hey Timmy :) I'm super keen to make a big order from Sheet Happens to save on multiple shipping fees to Australia, but would like to wait until the last of Plini's trilogy is available! How long will I have to wait, and will the Plini trilogy also be released as a single book with all 3 EPs in 1?

Awesome. That's the plan. The final EP is in editing and we are aiming to have it ready for when he comes to Canada to tour which I believe is end of March.

Currently deciding between Pro Tools 12 and Cubase 8.5 to record an album with. What's the better option and why? I figured I would ask my heros, thanks!

I use Ardour as my DAW. I like open source stuff but it's probably not as advanced as Pro Tools or Cubase. I've heard Cubase is easier to use and has a good drum programming interface but I guess Pro Tools is the "big boy" industry standard

Do you feel that using axeFx sucks some of the organic sounds out of a recording? For instance, some of the guitar stops in Volition and Tidal sound a little robotic/computerized in my opinion. But I still love you guys.

It's hard to say. I'd be leaning towards yes but Cam started producing us for Volition. He's a lot more about precision and tightness and Juice was a little bit more organic and open. For Pacific Myth, guitars actually aren't Axefx tones but are being reamped with some amp simulation.

Please remember your Hungarian fans if/when you're planning a EU Kezia X tour! Love ya Tim!

We always have a great time in Budapest and are thankful for all the rowdy Hungarian that come and hang when we are in town.

Where can we see the naked news interview you did with Luke?

I did it with Mikey. I haven't seen it, apparently you can sign up for a trial. When I asked the interviewer this is what I was told "use www.nakednews.com/panam for a free trial and go into the archives on the site and look for your interview under "turn it up" theres an option to download directly from the site" she did a lot of research and it was a pretty awesome interview.

will you come to Argentina ? how can we do to get yo guys here ? :c

Doing another run in South America is something on the list. We don't have contacts or and agent for Argentina and other countries but if you know someone who promotes shows in the area please get in touch.

What were you and Luke thinking about while making Volition? Man, that album is friggin impossible to play!

We weren't thinking about how treacherous practicing would be before debuting a new song from Volition.

Does reading comments and critics after a song is released change how you would approach the next song? or just say fuck it and do what you think sounds right? I love it nonetheless and still feels surreal that you guys do this.

I don't read a lot of criticism or commentary but I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you should take it for what it is. If someone is making a good point, at least consider what they have to say and try to objectively look at whatever it is.

Do you and Luke use noise gates, if you do which one?

I use the built in one on the axefx now but before was a big fan of the Boss NS 2

Which song off of Pacific Myth is your favourite so far?

if I had to choose, it'd be Tidal but I think they've all turned out beyond my expectations so far.

Will you guys ever release tabs for ACUOS? Do you guys still remember how to play those songs?

I started working on them a while ago and then didn't think anyone would care to learn them. I don't remember all the parts but could figure it out pretty close to how it was played.

what's the best pizza you've had in Canada? not allowed to say your own! lookin forward to tomorrow and Friday dude!

Pizzeria Libretto in Toronto is up there for sure. I think you're from Newfoundland based on when you'd be seeing us live and did try out Piatto which was delicious.

When you guys filmed the documentary about 2 years ago. Did you guys think you would eventually show it to your fans or you've secretly been orchestrating pacific myth since?

We always wanted to get enough footage to release a documentary but we had trouble getting it together. I'm happy we had the foresight to capture it at the time. We had no idea what it would turn into but knew a pretty cool thing was happening that should be documented.

Please in the future consider more pizza parties, Pizza+Protest=I don't even know any more, I'd probably achieve Nirvana.

We should just create a merch item on our store where you could buy this party than come to my place and I'll keep feeding you pizza until you pass out or throw up.

Hum, big fan here but I have to admit the snare sound on tidal is really really bad. I'm trying to be constructive here. Keep up the good work though !

Appreciate your feedback. I personally like it but know people dislike certain tones. I do think it's more "real" than a lot of tones that are currently popular.

How do you guys come up with such chord progressions?

Honestly, it's all by what sounds good, unless we directly steal a progression from somewhere. We try to use interesting chord voicings and build what we think are "cool" sound progressions.
