Does it get annoying when fans frequently ask about how to get jobs at RT/AH?
Kind of, but that's the case with any repeated question. My answers for how to get a job have always been the same, so people can just look through my other answers to see what they need to see.
Is there any point to spending the next 2 years learning animation, editing, AV, and basic web design in the hopes of working at RT? Or should I give up?
If you enjoy it, you should definitely spend the next two years learning. You should absolutely not spend the next to years doing something in the hopes of working at RT. In the hopes of working in a multitude of different places? Sure. But not one place. That's a terrible decision to make.
I don't do a ton of experimenting in the kitchen. That was more of my Dad's thing. We'd have home-made pizza with no sauce or cheese, just toppings. Chicken breaded with crushed up golden grahams. Pop-overs infused with squash. All kinds of stuff. I don't make crazy stuff. I just make normal things very well.
Is Achievement Hunter going to play Titanfall 2 when it comes out? I loved the videos of the first game and I am looking forward to seeing you in the second one.
Maybe one Let's Play. Some games just don't do well. That's one of them. But if it's new enough, I'm sure it will do fine.
Was it weird the first time a fan recognized you in public?
The first time was actually before I worked at AH. I was at an RTX and someone recognized me from my old youtube channel and said they were a big fan. That was really cool. I like meeting people, so I've always been happy with it.
