what is something you take with you everywhere, emotionally or physically or both who says there has to be a choice .

Hmm whenever possible I always carry my sketchpad I guess it's kinda calming, I also always physically take my body (it'd be pretty hard not to!) On an emotional level I always take a load of shit that probably isn't wanted :)
