Awesome, I'd ask for some of the money to be used to build thousands of hostels to eradicate homelessness, with priority places for the young and challenged. I'd also ask for a portion of my money to be used to help our country's veterans of war, through counselling and medical assistance or through rehabilitation programs. The final part of my billions would be used to improve the social services and child care system, you can't choose to who your parents are or the situation you find yourself in, you don't deserve to suffer in a system that allows you to fall through the gaps.
