I hate running tbh lol. Always have since playing football in high school. I'm more of a sprinter when I'm in shape and then burn out after a while. What events do you do in track?

lol😂 but my junior year of high school I did the 100, 200, 400, 4x2, and 4x1, in my senior year I did the 800, 1600, 3200, 4x8 and 4x1600 so idk what Imma do when track starts lol

I will but for now I'll focus on the full body stuff for a few days and sweat my weight off enough to do sit-ups and stuff. I just wish you really could spot train

awww I wish I could too and what I also do is I do 2 sports in college, I do cross country and track so a lot of running lol

True. Surprisingly while still being fat, I did 3 sets to failure which was like 80 something and had solid abs by the time I was finished. It sounds crazy but it hurt like hell though

oh awww well you should try and do core again

You're absolutely right. I just don't exactly have the right support system to really keep going with these workouts

do you do core? like sit-ups, crunches stuff like that?

I know but I went from the hardest working man on the football team some years back to the laziest man on earth

Awww if you workout everyday like I do or workout like 3-4 times a week, ik you will get in better shape. you just gotta stay on top with it

After doing a one round circuit with 5 upper body exercises and being damn near exhausted, 1 set will have to do for now smh

Lol awww don't worry if you do then everyday you see results in no time

Would 1-2 sets of 15 for a full body fat loss workout be good for someone getting back into fitness?

Yes and then if your comfortable you can go up like doing 3-4 or 4-5
