What causes you to panic?

speaking infront of people i dont know
talks with my dad
being proven wrong
being in a small space
when my dad just randomly wants me home
scary noises

Why do you feel the need to share your life over the internet? I reallly don't get it, like fair enough you've had a bumpy life but everyone does and they don't feel the need to post it to strangers. I think its for the attention tbh

yeh but it's in your head, i recently found out my younger sister is cutting and it's hard to hear that when i know shes strong enough to overcome it.. and that you are to find a different way!!!
