Urm so I seen you giving advice and well I cut, alot basically covering my arms and legs and a few weeks ago I went to hospital because of stuff... And since then I just cant stop cutting. I've been refered to Bronllys but i'm scared to go again. How can I stop vutting ._.

Yeah I'll try but we missed a whole lesson cause she was in the toilets crying in my arms :'( I don't know if she'll do more over the weekend but I'll have to see on Monday xx

there isn't much I can do though:( its all down to you and her, all you can do to help her is support her, get her to tell you everything that is putting her down, get her to talk to a doctor..xx

My bestfriend told me that she started cutting in Wednesday but she made me promise not to tell any teachers cause they tell everyone, she does it because of the teachers aswell, she's done it on her theight and started her arm on Friday, I really want to help her stop but don't know what to do:(xx

well you're going to have to break that promise if she carries on, don't tell the teachers take her to the doctors? or if you can help her stop she can just carry on talking to you, tell her how much she will regret it to, I do.. my legs and arms have scars all over them, makes me feel so down about myself:-(
and if she wants she can even talk to me^.^xx

I used to talk to my bestfriend about it but she thinks cutting is pathetic so I can't really talk to her. She tries to understand but it doesn't work. I've tried that, I just find other things xx And whoever just said that your a hypocrite can fuck off tbh

she isn't the right person to talk to then if she doesn't understand, talk to your school nurse or a doctor, they can't judge they will just help you and you can always ask me on here, I'm more than happy to help:)
