All I can do is encourage the person. I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. But it needs to stop

I'd try and work it out from what I see and feel and then act on it from there.

I'd go and speak to them about it, understand the situation and help them through it. Let them know I'm here for them.

Always control my anger. Lashing out never helps and leads to stupid decisions and bad consequences.
