1. the author should know what he/she is talking about and use the control he/she has over his/her work to enhance the realness
2. the plot should have some depth to it
3. there should be a moral, no matter how cheesy it could be
4. use some sophisticated language, but not too much or it would seem like you're picking words off the thesaurus.
5. readability - i find it difficult to read stuff on wattpad that's as hard to read as jane austen books.

Describe how you thought of your idea for your first Wattpad book.
so i had this idea that popped out of my mind
it was inspired by percy jackson
and i loved infinity signs so i incorporated that
i first thought of kylie, will, and jason (name yet to be changed) and expanded into ten more main characters and about thirteen more minor characters
i wanted to show the beauty of the canadian wild and combine it with fantasy
but i deleted the story because i'm going to rewrite it for nanowrimo. sorry, guys.
